국문 초록

다사(茶事)에 있어서 제다법은 탕법(湯法)만큼이나 중요하다. 제다법은 어떻게 하면 찻잎의 독성을 제거하여 인간에게 이로운 차를 만들 수 있을까 하는 궁리에서 시작됐다. 차가 ‘신기(神氣)’를 가지려면 차의 본래성이 손상됨이 없이 간직되도록 만들어야 한다. 『주역(周易)』의 기능은 음양의 감응으로 만물을 낳고 새롭게 하는 생명의 원리를 가지고 있다. 자연의 원리는 『주역』을 통해 알 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 제다의 원리가 『주역』의 철학정신으로 해석이 가능한가를 고찰하고 이것이 우리의 삶에 어떤 의미를 가지는 가를 인문학적으로 탐구하는 것이 목적이다. 여기서는 덖음차의 제조방법을 중심으로 채다와 살청(殺靑)과 유념(揉捻) 및 건조(乾燥)의 방법을 『주역』의 괘사 및 괘 변화로 해석하였다.

영문 초록

In tea ceremony the method of tea making is as important as the method of tea brewing. The method of tea making began with the idea of how to make tea beneficial to humans by removing the toxicity of tea leaves. If tea is to have Divine energy, it must be made while retaining its inherent nature. The function of The Book of Changes has the principle of life, in which all things are born and renewed by the response of yin and yang. The principles of nature are understood through The Book of Changes. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to examine whether the principle of tea making can be interpreted as the philosophical spirit of The Book of Changes and to investigate what it means to our life. The method of leaf harvest, fixation, rolling, and drying in green tea making is interpreted as the words of Trigram and the change of Trigram in The Book of Changes focusing on the method for roasting tea.
