국문 초록

본 연구는 또래관계 및 갈등해결전략이 청소년의 자아정체감 형성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 사춘기청소년의 관계문화형성은 가정 이외의 외부 사회에 대한 정보를 제공해주면서 청소년들로 하여금 관계문화형성으로부터 자신의 능력에 대하여 피드백을 받으면서 자신이 하는 일에 대한 옳고 그름을 판단하도록 도와준다. 또한 관계문화형성은 청소년들에게 개인적인 욕구를 충족시켜주고 보장 해주며 자신감을 심어 줄 뿐 아니라, 사회적 역할과 규범을 학습할 수 있도록 해 준다. 분석결과, 관계문화형성 및 갈등해결전략의 상집단이 중집단과 하집단 보다 친밀성 득점이 유의미하게 더 높으며 중집단은 하집단 보다 친밀성이 더 높다. 따라서 또래관계가 좋을수록 주도성 높아짐을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of peer relationship and conflict resolution strategies on the self - identity of adolescents. The formation of the relationship culture of adolescents provides information about the outside world outside the home and helps the youth to judge the right and wrong of what they do while receiving feedback on their abilities from the relationship culture formation. In addition, the formation of a relationship culture not only helps young people meet their personal needs, assures their confidence, but also enables them to learn social roles and norms. As a result of the analysis, the formation of a relationship culture and conflict resolution strategy has higher intimacy score than middle group and lower group, and middle group has higher intimacy than middle group. Therefore, it can be seen that the better the peer relationship, the higher the degree of initiative
