국문 초록

1990년대 공산주의의 붕괴된 후 체제 유지를 위한 이데올로기는 더 이상 국익을 위한 화두가 아니다. 자국의 實益을 위해서라면 수차례 離合集散을 반복하는 국제사회의 냉엄한 현실을 고려해 볼 때 우리나라 언론매체를 통하여 기존에 소개되었던 한국과 몽골 간의 새로운 관계정립을 위한 다양한 방안들(즉 합병론, 국가연합론, 경제연합론 또는 연방론에 대한 다양한 논의들)에 대해 오늘날의 국제정세와 현실에만 비추어서 현실성이 떨어진 문제로 무조건 외면하거나 도외시 하는 것은 한국-몽골의 미래지향적 발전을 위해서나 남북한의 통일을 준비하고 있는 통일한국의 지속가능한 발전의 측면에서도 바람직하지 않다. 남북한의 경우 유라시아 대륙과 연결된 반도국가 이지만 실제 남한의 경우에는 대륙과 격리된 섬과 같은 지정학적 위치를 가지고 있고, 더욱이 남한은 북한과 4대 강대국(미, 일, 중, 러)에 둘러싸인 정치·군사 역학적인 위치와 원자재의 대부분을 수입에 의존할 수 밖 에 없는 자원빈국이라는 점에서 몽골과의 국제적 연대를 강화하기 위한 다각적인 접근방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

After the collapse of communism in the 1990s, the ideology for maintaining the system is no longer a topic for national interest. Considering the harsh reality of the international community, which repeats gatherings or segregation for its own interest, we need to consider various measures for establishing a new relationship between Korea and Mongolia, which was introduced through the Korean media. It is not desirable to ignore or ignore various measures because of their being unrealistic only in light of the international situation and reality today, in terms of sustainable development of Unified Korea, which will be unification of South and North Korea and future-oriented development of Korea and Mongolia. The two Koreas are connected to the Eurasian continent, but in the case of South Korea, it have the same geopolitical position as the islands isolated from the continent. Moreover, the South Korea is faced with a political and military force surrounded by North Korea and the four major powers(US, Japan, China, Russia). It is necessary to look for a diverse approach to strengthen international solidarity with Mongolia in that it is a resource-stricken country that must rely on imports for most of its raw materials.
