교양 교육과 융합하는 글쓰기

국문 초록

통합적 교양 교육은 의사소통 능력을 신장시키고 전인적 인격체를 지향하므로, 진정한 의미의 교양인을 양성하기 위해서는 학제성 또는 융·복합적 글쓰기 교육의 도입이 필요하다. 이는 글쓰기가 여러 전공 분야에 공통적으로 기여하며, 전공 영역의 경계를 허무는 통합적 교과 내용을 지향한다는 의미를 모두 내포한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 ‘융합하는 글쓰기’는 이런 가치를 구현할 수 있는 교양 교과 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 융합하는 글쓰기의 개념과 특징에 대해서 간략하게 설명한다. 그리고 융합적 글쓰기를 위한 복잡성 개념을 소개한 후, 이를 융합하는 글쓰기와 연계할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 실제 수업 사례를 분석하여, 융합하는 글쓰기를 어떻게 교수·학습하였는지 구체적으로 제시하였다. 끝으로 융합하는 글쓰기 교육에서 예상되는 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하였다.

영문 초록

We could take the interdisciplinary or the convergence as key words, through the writing education, which are for programs to increase the ability of communication toward strengthening the general education and also for the integrative general education to aim at the holistic personality. It would include meanings that the writing education could contribute to several specialties and could head for the integrative education course to crossover each specialty. It is the converging writing as one of the general education programs that could realize these meanings. The purpose of this study is to explain the concepts and characteristics of the converging writing. And then, after introducing the concepts of the complexity to do the converging writing, we could consider briefly to combine the complexity with the converging writing. We also discuss how we could teach the converging writing by way of analyzing the cases in the writing course. Finally we would notice several points which could be expected through the converging writing.
