국문 초록

이 논문의 목적은 역의 생성 논리를 통해 창의성을 인간 본래성과 관련하여 정의하고, 창의성 교육을 내재적으로 정당화하는 것이다. 이 논문에서 인간은 타자와 세계의 생명활동을 도움으로 써, 이전의 자기와 차이생성을 하여 자신의 생명력을 지속시켜갈 수 있는 본래성을 지닌 존재이 다. 창의성은 자기 본래성인 ‘생명성’을 실현하고 ‘새로운 자기’를 출현시켜 갖게 된 새로운 관점과 새로운 사고과정으로 드러나는 ‘자기창조의 징표’이다. 말하자면 창의성은 인간 본래성의 실현, 자 기창조와 중층(표층과 심층) 관계에 있다. 그런데 자기창조란 타자의 생명력을 존중하고 생명활동 을 도움으로써 이루어지는 것이므로 이것의 징표인 ‘창의성’은 이타적 성격을 지니게 되는 바, 여 기서는 이를 밝혀 ‘이타적 창의성’이라 칭한다. 창의성 교육은 인간이 자기 본래성을 실현하여 자 기창조에 이르도록, ‘자기교양’을 조력하는 일이다. 또 한편, 자기 본래성을 자각하고 실천하여 자 기를 새로이 변화시킨 사람의 타자와 세계에 대한 생명활동, 즉 ‘살림’ 그 자체이다. 이 논문은 심 리학적 접근을 통해 별개로 다뤄지는, ‘인성’을 포함하는 창의성 개념을 밝힘으로써 창의성 교육 에 대한 대안적 인식을 제공한다는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to define creativity in relation to the human nature through the logic of becoming on change, thereby inherently justifying creativity education. In this paper, human beings are, a being with human nature which makes difference with previous self and sustaining one s vitality, by helping the life activities of the world. The creativity is a mark of self creation represented as a new perspective and a new thinking process, which is acquired by realizing vitality as human nature, and emerging a new self . In other words, creativity has a towfold(surface and deep) relationship with self-creation as the realization of human nature. Self-creation is done by respecting the vitality of the other and helping with life activities. Therefore, creativity , which is a mark of this, has an altruistic character, which is called altruistic creativity here. The creativity education is to help self-cultivation so that human beings can realize their nature and reach a change in existential dimension. In addition, creativity education is a salim[살림] itself which helps the vitality of the other. This paper have meaning which provides alternative perception of creativity education, by defining the concept of creativity including human nature treated by psychological approach separately.
