예비 유아교사의 의사소통능력 함양을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사들의 의사소통능력을 함양하기 위해 교육 프 로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 K-CESA 의사소통능력 및 유아교사 의사소통능력의 하위요인을 확인하고 NCS 직업기초능력 의사소통능력의 학습모듈을 분석하였다. 그리고 예비 유아교사용 의사소통능력 프로그램을 설 계·개발하고 15주차 수업을 진행한 후 사전·사후검사 결과 및 학생소감문 등을 분석하여 효과 성을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 본 프로그램은 유아교사에게 요구되는 의사소통능력을 향상시키는 데 효과가 나타났고, K-CESA 의사소통능력에서는 토론과 조정 능력에서 유의미한 향상이 이루 어졌다. 예비 유아교사들은 다양한 활동을 통해 자신의 의사소통 스타일을 이해하고, 유아교사 에게 요구되는 경청과 공감적 기술 등 다양한 기법을 배웠다고 보고하였다. 향후 본 프로그램의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 수업시수를 확대하고 학생들의 수준을 고려하고 일부 변인들의 실습 활 동을 보다 구체화하여 프로그램에 반영할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop an education program to foster communication skills of pre-service early childhood teacher at colleges and to verify their effectiveness. To achieve the research objectives, identified the sub-factors of K-CESA communication skills and Early Childhood teacher communication skills, and analyzed the learning modules of the NCS vocational basic ability. And effectiveness was verified by designing and developing communication skills programs for pre-service early childhood teacher, conducting the 15th week s classes, and analyzing the pre-post testing results. The analysis shows that the program works to improve the communication skills required for pre-service early childhood teacher, and that K-CESA communication skills have made significant improvements in the ability to discuss and coordinate. Pre-service early childhood teachers reported that they understood their communication patterns through classroom activities and learned a variety of techniques, including listening, and empathetic skills required by their teachers. To increase the effectiveness of this program in the future, it is necessary to increase the class hours, take into consideration the levels of students at higher levels, and incorporate some variables in the program into practical activities.
