체질을 반영한 맞춤형화장품제도 시행방안 고찰

국문 초록

고객맞춤서비스가 트렌드로 떠오르면서 맞춤형화장품법제화가 추진되어 2020년 3월 14일부터 시행된다. 맞춤형화장품제도는 소비자의 니즈를 만족시키고 화장품산업 경쟁력을 강화시킬 것이라는 기대와 함께 피부진단기 등의 장비나 전문 인력 투입에 있어 중소기업은 쉽지 않은 환경이 될 것이라는 우려도 공존케 한다. 따라서 자금력이 있는 대기업뿐만 아니라 영세한 중소규모업체 또한 맞춤형화장품제도를 잘 받아들이고 이용할 수 있도록 세심한 배려가 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 맞춤형화장품제도가 잘 정착하여 국내·외 뷰티산업이 한층 더 발전할 수 있도록 피부상태분석과 화장품처방에 있어 체질의 개념을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구수행을 위해 체질 및 피부진단 관련 선행논문을 고찰하고, 맞춤형화장품 관련 법령과 맞춤형화장품의 컨셉을 적용하여 고객 상담을 진행하고 있는 산업체를 탐색하였다. 맞춤형화장품은 향후 개인별 유전자분석, IT기술과 결합한 빅데이터 기반의 뷰티 디바이스와 동반성장이 예상된다. 유전적 소인과 환경적 요인이 결합된 결과가 체질인 것을 감안할 때, 맞춤형화장품제도에 체질반영이 필요하며, 향후 맞춤형화장품제도가 잘 정착하기 위한 구체적 시행방안으로서 IT기술과 결합한 빅데이터 기반의 뷰티디바이스 개발에 체질분석 시스템을 반영할 것, 특정 체질의학 화장품이 아닌 일반 화장품에도 사용할 수 있도록 체질의학별 공통요인을 가지고 앱을 개발할 것, 기존 피부미용교육에 체질개념을 도입하여 피부상태분석방법을 심화할 것 등을 제안하였다. 맞춤형화장품제도 시행에 앞서 수행되었기에 선행연구가 미비하고 자료수집이 미약한 한계가 있지만 본 논문을 기반으로 더욱 활발한 후속 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

With customer-tailored service emerging as a trend, ‘Customized Cosmetics System’ will be legalized from March 14, 2020. Expectations that it will satisfy consumers needs and strengthen competitiveness in the cosmetics industry, as well as concerns that small and medium-sized companies will not have an easy environment when it comes to the use of equipment such as skin diagnostics and professional personnel. Small and medium-sized companies, as well as large companies with financial resources, need to be careful to accept and use the customized cosmetics system. This research was intended to propose ways to effectively utilize the concept of constitution in analyzing the skin condition and prescribing cosmetics so that the customized cosmetics system can be well established so that the development of the domestic and overseas beauty industry can be developed. This study was conducted through a review of prior articles related to constitution and skin diagnosis, a search for laws related to customized cosmetics, and a case analysis of industries related to customized cosmetics. Customized cosmetic system is expected to grow together with big data-based beauty devices that combine with individual genetic analysis and IT technology in the future. Given that the result of combining a congenital gene with a acquired lifestyle was the constitution, it was deemed necessary to incorporate the constitution in a customized cosmetics system. As the research was conducted prior to implementation of the customized cosmetics system, it indicates that there is a lack of prior research and a limit to the lack of data collected. Based on this paper, we look forward to more active follow-up research going forward.
