어린이집 안전교육이 보육교사의 안전행동과 불안전행동에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에서 이루어지는 안전교육이 보육교사의 안전행동과 불안전행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 이를 통하여 어린이집에 맡겨진 영유아들의 안전사고를 예방하는 보육교사들의 안전교육에 대해 올바른 내용과 방법과 안전행동을 연구해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 서울시국공립어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 2019년 9월 15일부터 2019년 10월 20일까지 구글설문지를 활용한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 359명의 응답자 중 불성실한 응답 22명의 설문자료를 제외하고 337명의 응답자료를 분석하였다. 설문항목은 일반적 특성 5문항을 포함한 27문항으로 이루어졌으며, 실증분석을 위해 SPSS Ver. 22.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 본 연구와 관련하여 어린이집 안전교육이 보육교사의 안전행동과 불안전행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 가설1 : 안전교육내용은 안전행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가설2 : 안전교육방법은 안전행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가설3 : 안전교육내용은 불안전행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가설4 : 안전교육방법은 불안전행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어린이집에서 이루어지는 안전교육 내용과 방법이 보육교사의 안전행동과 불안전행동에 영향을 주어 영유아의 모델이 되는 보육교사들과 생활하는 영유아들이 안전사고에 대비하는 기본 안전행동과 습관, 태도를 자연스럽게 익히게 되어 안전사고를 줄이게 되는데 기여하며 더불어 어린이집 안전교육내용과 방법의 추후 개발에도 도움이 되었으면 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of safety education at daycare centers on safe behavior and unsafe behavior of daycare teachers. Through this, study more correct contents, methods and safe behaviors of safety education of daycare teachers who prevent accidents of infants and children entrusted to daycare center. For this study, we conducted a Google Internet survey for daycare teachers working at the Seoul National Daycare Center from September 15, 2019 to October 20, 2019 to analyze 337 responses, excluding 22 of the 359 respondents who answered double. The questionnaire consisted of 31 questions, including 9 general characteristics, and for empirical analysis, the SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistical package was used to perform frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of analyzing the effect of daycare center’s safety education on safe behavior and unsafe behavior of daycare teachers, Hypothesis 1: The safety education contents had a positive effect on safe behavior, Hypothesis 2: The safety education methods had a positive effect on safe behavior, Hypothesis 3: The safety education contents had a negative effect on unsafe behavior, Hypothesis 4: The safety education methods had a negative effect on unsafe behavior. This is shown that the contents and methods of safety education conducted at daycare centers affect safe and unsafe behavior of daycare teachers. It is hoped that the basic safety behavior, habits, and attitude of infants living with daycare teachers will be naturally learned to prepare for safety accidents, thereby reducing safety accidents, and helping to further develop safety education contents and methods for daycare centers.
