방문요양보호사의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트 매개효과 검증

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 방문요양보호사의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하여 요양보호사의 직무만족 향상을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 안산시 재가 장기요양기관에 종사하고 있는 요양보호사 150명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 136부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 요양보호사의 셀프리더십이 증가할수록(+) 직무만족은 증가(+)되는 인과관계가 검증되었다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 셀프리더십이 증가할수록(+) 임파워먼트가 증가(+)하는 인과관계가 검증되었다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 임파워먼트가 증가할수록(+) 직무만족이 증가(+)하는 것이 검증되었다. 넷째, 요양보호사의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는데 임파워먼트는 매개효과가 있는 것이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 방문요양보호사의 직무만족이 방문요양 서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 셀프리더십, 임파워먼트 강화를 위한 사회복지적 함의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of job satisfaction according to self-leadership of home visiting care-workers, and then the mediated effect of empowerment is verified the effect of job satisfaction on self-leadership of home visiting care-workers. Also based on the above facts, there are purpose to suggest a significance in terms of social welfare and practical method in politic. The questionnaires were administered to 150 care-workes who were engaged in Long Term Care Home Service Center at Ansan City and the final 136 questionnaires were used for the analysis. Frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediating effect tests were conducted using SPSS 23.0 to verify the rejection of this paper. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as the self-leadership of the care-workers increases, the positive (+) job satisfaction is verified as being a positive (+) person. Second, it is verified the relationship as the self-leadership of the caregiver increases(+), empowerment increases (+). Third, as the empowerment of the caregiver increases(+), it is proved that the job is only increased(+). Fourth. the self-leadership of the care-workers affects job satisfaction, therefore empowerment verified due to mediated effect. In this study, job satisfaction of home visiting care-workers is to suggest self-leadership and suggestions for strengthening empowerment, and suggestions for the welfare of community care workers in order to improve home visit care services.
