일본 건축학 전공 여성의 경력단절 원인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

많은 여자 졸업생이 전공과 관련 있는 일에 구애하면서 미래의 경력 지속을 의식한 취업 선택을 하고 있음에도 불구하고 실제로 많은 여성들이 첫 직장을 은퇴한 결과로 경력 지속을 포기하는 사람도 적지 않다. 먼저 은퇴 이유를 분석한 이후 취업지속 저속 저해 요인에 대해 정리하면 남녀 차별의 존재, 건강, 가사와 일의 양립 어려움이 가장 큰 요인이 되고 있다. 건축계열 여자 졸업생의 특징은 은퇴하고도 많은 전직을 거듭하면서 전공 관련이 있는 일에 종사 손에 일자리를 달고 있기 때문에 전직 경력 지속적 수단이 되고 있다. 그러나 복직후 경력을 계속할지 여부는 은퇴 이유에 규정되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 가장 큰 요인으로 일반적인 직장여성이 격는 임신·출산, 부부의 성별 역할 분업 의식 결여, 건강상의 이유가 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 이러한 이유로 인한 복직과 재취업을 망설이는 경향이 강하고,‘전업주부형’에 건강을 해친 것을 이유로 퇴직 한 사람의 비율이 높은 이유로 인하여 건강상의 피해는 심각한 경력단절의 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 건축학계열 여자 졸업생이 각각 가지고 있는 능력을 충분히 살리기 위해서는 먼저 본의 아니게 퇴직해야하는 상황을 개선하고 취업 지속 가능한 조건을 갖추는 것이 중요하다. 그러기 위해서는 직장 내 남녀 차별의 철폐, 건강을 해치는 일하는 방식의 개선, 출산 육아의 양립 지원의 충실이 필요하다. 어쩔 수없이 퇴직 한 경우도 대부분이 복직 의지를 가지고 있기 때문에 재고용 제도의 도입 등 복귀 지원이 요구된다. 또한 여성이 일에 직장과 가정 모두의 이해와 협력도 큰 과제이다.

영문 초록

Although many female graduates wrestle with work related to their majors and choose to pursue a job that is conscious of their future career, many people actually abandon their career as a result of the retirement of their first job. First, after analyzing the reasons for retirement, the most important factor is the presence of gender discrimination, health, housework and work difficulty. The characteristic of female graduates in architecture is retirement, and many previous jobs have been repeated, so career work is a continuing means because they are putting jobs in professional jobs. However, it was found that whether or not to continue career after reinstatement was prescribed for reasons of retirement. The most common factors are general pregnancy and childbirth, lack of gender roles division of consciousness, and health reasons. Also, because of this reason, there is a strong tendency to hesitate for reinstatement and re - employment, and because of the high percentage of retired people because of the full - time housewife . Therefore, in order to fully utilize the abilities possessed by female graduates in architecture, it is important to improve the situation in which they must retire unintentionally and to establish sustainable employment conditions. In order to do this, it is necessary to improve the working methods to harm the health and to enhance the support for the compatibility of childbirth and childcare. Most of the retirees who are inevitably have a willingness to reinstate it, so it is necessary to support reinstatement, such as the introduction of the reuse system.
