국문 초록

국민 소득수준이 높아지면서 기호음료시장은 그 규모와 영역이 점차 확장되고 있고 차(茶)는 포화되고 있는 커피시장을 대체하는 고급기호음료로 주목받고 있고 최근에는 블랜딩 티와 약용차에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 건강에 도움을 줄수 있는 티블랜딩 소재로의 가능성을 탐색하기 위해 한의학에서 주로 고혈압으로 인한 증상을 개선하는데 사용되어 왔던 백질려 추출물의 항산화활성과 피부에 미치는 영향을 피부소양증 중심으로 실험하였다. 그 결과 백질려추출물의 DPPH radical 소거능과 ABTS radical 소거능은 각각 농도 의존적으로 증가하였고 500 μg/mL 농도에서 유의미한 활성을 보였으며, 총 폴리페놀 함량은 20.7±0.4 mg TAE/g, 총 플라보노이드 함량은 27.8±0.2 mg QE/g으로 나타났다. 가려움증(Scratching) 행동 억제효과는 가려움증 유발 물질인 Compound 48/80, histamine, serotonin 모두에서 양성대조군인 terfenadine 투여군과 통계적으로 동일한 수준으로 가려움증 억제 효과가 나타나는 것을 확인하였고, 특히 serotonin으로 유발된 실험에서 terfenadine 투여군보다 더 좋은 효과를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

As the national income level rises, the preference beverage market is gradually expanding in size and scope, and tea is attracting attention as a premium beverage to replace the saturated coffee market. Recently, interest in blending tea and medicinal tea It is rising. In order to explore the possibility of using tea blending material for health, we studied the antioxidative activity and the effect on the skin of Tribulus terrestris fruit extract, which has been mainly used to improve symptoms due to hypertension in oriental medicine. As a result, DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity of Tribulus terrestris fruit extract increased in concentration-dependent manner and showed significant activity at 500 μ g / mL concentration. Total polyphenol content was 20.7 ± 0.4 mg TAE / g and total flavonoid content was 27.8 ± 0.2 mg QE / g. Scratching behavior inhibitory effect was found to be statistically the same level as the positive control group terfenadine-treated group in all compounds 48/80, histamine, and serotonin that causes itching, especially terfenadine in serotonin-induced experiments. It showed a better effect than the administration group.
