여대생의 피임지식, 인공임신중절 인식과 성 행태 조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 여대생의 피임지식, 인공임신중절 인식과 성 행태를 규명해 보기 위해 수행되었다. 자료는 2017년 5월 16일부터 6월 14일까지 B 광역시와 K시의 여대생 201명으로부터 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 t-test와 ANOVA, χ2-test로 분석하였다. 대상자의 피임지식 정도는 성 교육을 받은 경험에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 인공임신중절 인식은 80.6%에서 어떠한 경우에도 절대로 허용하면 안 된다고 생각하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 성 행동 허용수준 정도는 종교, 성 교육을 받은 경험에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 성행위에 대한 인식 정도는 부모의 성에 대한 태도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 여대생의 피임지식 및 인공임신중절 인식을 높여주기 위한 구체적이고 체계적인 성 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 프로그램의 효과 검증이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the contraceptive knowledge, perception of artificial abortion and sexual behaviors among female nursing college students. Data were collected from 201 female nursing college students in B metropolitan city, K city. The data were collected from May, 16 to June, 15, 2014 and analysed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test, χ2-test. The results showed that contraceptive knowledge was average 9.94. In perception of artificial abortion, 80.6% of participants answered no about the question of premarital pregnancy and artificial abortion. First sexual intercourse age was average 19.8 years old. 25.9% of participants had the contraception experience. There were significant difference between the contraceptive knowledge and sex education experience, Moreover, the perception on the permission of sexual behaviors differed from religion, sex education experience. The perception on the sexual behavior of the subjects significantly differed from sex attitude of parents. Therefore, To give concrete and increase the knowledge of contraception and abortion recognized nursing college student needs to develop a systematic program of sex education programs are effective verification.
