영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the convergence that resilience has on emotional intelligence, social support and psychological well-being in nursing students. Methods : A survey was conducted with 233 nursing students at a college in S city. Data were collected from December 4 to 21, 2018, and analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Results : The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence(3.65±0.46), psychological well-being(3.74±0.56) social support(4.06±0.57) and resilience(3.79±0.47) was respectively. Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with psychological well-being(r＝.76, p＜.001), social support(r＝.52, p ＜.001), resilience(r＝.75, p＜.001). Psychological well-being was positively correlated with social support(r ＝.56, p＜.001), resilience(r＝.81, p＜.001). Social support was positively correlated with resilience(r＝.67, p ＜.001). Stepwise multiple regression analysis, factors affecting resilience were emotional intelligence(β＝.75, p ＜.001), psychological well-being(β＝.45, p＜.001) and social support(β＝.38, p＝.001). The variable that had the highest impact was emotional intelligence and the explanation power of regression model was 74%(F＝ 24.56, p＜.001). Conclusion : It is necessary to develop effective programs to improve emotional intelligence and resilience.
