국문 초록

본 연구는 공급사슬지향성(SCO)이 공급사슬협력과 민첩성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 즉, 공급사슬 지향성을 전략적, 구조적, 혁신적 공급사슬 지향성으로 구분하고, 공급사슬지향성의 하위요인인 공급사슬협력과 민첩성에 미치는 영향에 대해 밝힌다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 민첩한 제조가 이뤄지고 있는 Fast Fashion 기업들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다, 총 250부의 설문 응답을 받았으며, 최종적으로 235개의 유효 응답표본을 수집하여 탐색적요인분석과 확 인적요인분석을 수행했다. 가설에 대한 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 전략적 공급사슬지향성은 공급사슬협력에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 구조적 공급사슬지향성은 공급사슬협력에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 혁신적 공급사슬지향성은 공급사 슬협력에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 공급사슬협력은 민첩성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구 결과는 Fast Fashion 산업의 기업들이 공급사슬지향성을 인지함으로써 공급사슬 구성원들 간 협력 구축과 민첩한 운영이 가능해진다 는 데 있어 실증적인 근거와 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is an empirical study on the effect Supply Chain Orientation (SCO) in Supply Chain Management on the supply chain collaboration and agility. In the words, this study aims to divide Supply Chain Orientation into SCO strategy and SCO structure, SCO innovation in order to find out the impact of sub-dimensions of SCO in supply chain collaboration and agility in each of two groups. We conduct a survey for the fast fashion corporation and in total 250 response samples were used for empirical analysis, finally, we used 235 valid response samples for Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis. The result of hypothesis test, First SCO Strategy has a positive relationship with supply collaboration. Second SCO structure has a positive relationship with supply collaboration. Third, SCO innovation has a positive relationship with supply collaboration. Forth, supply collaboration has a positive relationship with agility. This study is valuable in terms of its the academic and practical implications regarding the effect Supply Chain Orientation on Supply Chain Collaboration and Agility.
