‘낙랑군 호구부’연구의 동향

국문 초록

기원전 45년 생산된 ‘낙랑군 호구부’는 1990년 7월 평양 정백동 364호 나무곽무덤에서 출토되었다. 낙랑군의 군현지배와 사회구조의 실상을 보여주는 문서의 출현은 처음이었다. 여기에는 낙랑군 25개현 각 현의 호구수와 전년도와의 증감 여부 및 그 수치를 기재하였다. 더구나 25개현의 기재 순서는 4개구역으로 구분되는데, 이는 낙랑군과 인접한 진번ㆍ임둔군의 폐합에 따른 역사적 연원을 지닌 공동체의 흔적이다. 이처럼 ‘낙랑군 호구부’는 기원전 1세기 중엽 낙랑군의 사회구조는 물론이고 위만조선 말기 지배구조를 추정해 볼 뿐 아니라 한국고대 여러 초기 정치체와의 비교자료로도 활용되고 있다. 하지만 호구부가 공개된 2009년 이후 연구성과는 답보 상태에 있는 실정이다. 무엇보다도 발굴된 유구와 출토유물의 전모에 대한 북한학계의 정식 발굴보고가 없기 때문이다. 여기에는 호구부와 공반 출토된 것으로 알려진 같은 시기의 공문서 공개를 기다리는 측면도 있다. ‘낙랑군 호구부’는 현재 확인된 진한대 호구부 가운데 작성 시기가 밝혀져 있고, 기재내용에서 가장 완전한 형태이다. 또한 호구수와 증감 여부 및 그 수치를 기재한 것도 유일하다. 특히 낙랑군을 비롯한 한사군의 변화상을 재구성 할 토대가 만들어 졌다. 이를 토대로 하여 부여ㆍ고구려 등의 북방 지역과 삼한에 이르는 한국고대 정치체 사이의 유기적 관계를 살펴 볼 가능성도 제시되어 있다. 중국에서 늘어나는 비교자료와 함께 앞으로의 연구가 주목된다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

The household register of Lolang-gun was excavated from the tomb of Cheongbek-dong, Pyongyang in July 1990. It was created at 45 B.C. This is the first document to show the social structure of Lolang-gun. The number of family registers in 25 prefectures in Lolang-gun is described here. Whether or not there is an increase or decrease from the previous fiscal year and the number of such increases or decreases are described. The 25 prefectures were divided into four areas. There are traces of the transition of the real domain, Chinban and Limdun-gun County, which is adjacent to Lolang-gun. As you can see, the document is used to compare the ancient political bodies of Korea, including the middle-of-the-middle-class society of the first century B.C. and the Joseon Dynasty. However, the study of door lists is not very active. Above all, there is no official report on the grave and the remains of the excavated area. In particular, they are awaiting the release of official documents produced at the same time when they were found together with a public documents. The household register of Lolang-gun is the most complete and detailed entry book ever confirmed in the Han Dynasty. Also, the increase in the number of units and the reduction in the number of units used is the only numerical value. In particular, the foundation has been built to reconstruct the changes in Han County, including Lolang-gun. This could reconstruct the Northern Territories such as Goguryeo and the ancient Korean political system, including the three Koreas. Future research is likely to attract attention.
