국문 초록

현대사회의 과학, 의료, 교통, 통신, 사회체계 등 다양한 첨단 기술과 체계들은 현대인의 생활수준을 편안하고 윤택한 삶으로 변화시켰다. 그러나 이러한 현대사회의 편익들은 한편으로 육체적, 정신적, 체계적 위험으로부터 더 많이 노출되게 하였고 이는 전통적 위험보다 더 심각하거나 복구할 수 없는 피해나 손상을 주게 된 것도 사실이다. 현대에만 위험을 관리하고자 노력했던 것은 아니다. 오래전부터 인간은 본능적으로 위험을 관리하고자 하였다. 자연재해를 포함해 우연한 사고까지 모든 위험으로부터 대비하고자 노력하였다. 앞서 서술한 위험과 관련해 사실상 위험관리는 정형화된 관리가 가능한 분야이기 보다 상대적이고 개인적인 즉, 비정형화된 위험관리의 형식으로 다루어져야 할 분야이다. 이러한 이유는 위험의 상황과 원인들이 매우 다양하기 때문이다. 특히, 심리적 안정감까지 고려한다면 오히려 개인적 위험관리가 더 효율적이며 특히, 현대적 위험의 특징과 관련해서 민간경비와 같은 특정 소수인을 대상으로 위험을 관리해야할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현대적 위험을 관리하기 위한 민간경비의 역할과 위험관리 가능성을 모색하고자 한 연구이다.

영문 초록

Was transformed into a comfortable and modern living standards of abundant life in modern society, including science, medicine, transportation, communication, social systems have a variety of advanced technologies and systems. But more was to be exposed from the mental, physical and systemic risk, it is also true that a damaging or damage can not be repaired by hand or worse than traditional risk-benefit of this modern society. Not only was trying to manage the risks modern. A long time was to manage the risk to humans is instinctive. Including natural disasters was to contrast against all risks to the anthropogenic disasters. In fact, that is, the areas to be addressed in the form of an informal personal risk management than is possible with relatively standardized management and risk management. The reason for this is the cause of a danger situation and are very diverse. In particular, by considering the peace of mind rather than personal risk management needs to do this more efficiently and manage risk to a specific target, such as a small number of private security in relation to the risks and is especially characteristic of the modern. Therefore, the study was to explore the role of private security and risk management possibilities for the modern risk management study.
