한자속독 프로그램이 초등학생의 학습기술과 주의집중력 및 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

아동의 학교생활 적응은 오래전부터 제기된 문제로 지속적인 연구 과제였다. 아동이 학교생활에 적응을 잘하게 되면 대인관계가 원만하게 되고, 학교성적이 향상되며, 행동특성이 바람직하게 형성되는. 반면, 학교생활에 적응하지 못한 경우에는 스트레스를 받게 되고, 따돌림을 당하거나 학교규칙위반, 수업방해 등의 문제행동을 유발하기도 한다. 또한 무기력, 자기비하, 좌절, 분노 등의 사회⋅정서적 문제가 초래되기도 한다. 이렇듯 아동의 학교생활 부적응은 심리정서 발달이나 학업성취에도 부정 적인 영향을 끼쳐 공동체내에서나 또래 관계에서도 불리한 입장이 될 수밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 아동의 학교생활적응은 학습기술의 향상이 정적영향력이 있다고 보았으며, 학습기술은 주의집중력이 향상될 때 같이 증가한다고 보았다. 어떤 일을 수행할 경우 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 데에 중요한 역할을 하는 것 중 하나가 주의집중력이다. 주의집중력이 높아 효율적으로 일을 처리하는 사람은 신속하고 정확하게 일을 끝맺을 수 있다. 반면 주의집중력이 낮은 사람은 일의 능률도 낮아지기 때문에 목표했던 일을 제 시간에 끝내지 못하거나 끝낸다 하더라도 그 결과가 만족스럽지 못한 경우가 많다. 여느 경우와 마찬가지로 학습 역시 주의집중력에 영향을 크게 받는다. 얼마나 많은 시간을 책상에 앉아서 학습하였느냐 보다는 얼마나 많은 시간 동안 집중하여 학습을 하였느냐에 따라 학업성취의 정도가 다르다. 또한, 학업성취에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 지능, 성격, 학습태도, 학교환경, 사회환경 등이 있으나 학습자의 노력으로 변화 시킬 수 있는 변인들은 거의 없다. 그러므로 학습자의 노력으로 변화시킬수 있는 학습기술이 주목을 받기 시작하였다. 학습기술은 학생들이 학습을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 적절한 학습방법이나 전략을 이용하는 능력이다. 즉, 구체적인 학습목표를 세워 꾸준히 공부하고, 학습 계획을 세워 규칙적으로 공부하며, 수업시간에 교사가 말하는 것을 집중하여 듣고 핵심 사항을 자신의 언어로 정리하여 필기하는 등 학습의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 방법들을 이용하는 능력을 말한다. 높은 학습기술을 가진 학생은 적절한 학습방법 및 전략을 이용하여 효율적으로 학습을 수행하게 된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 초등학생을 대상으로 한자속독법을 이용하여 집중력 및 학습기술이 향상되어 학교생활적응에 도움이 될 수 있는지를 연구하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Children s adaptation to school life has been a long-standing problem that has been raised for years. When children are well-adapted to school life, interpersonal relationships are improved, school grades are improved, and behavioral characteristics are desirable. On the other hand, if they do not adjust to school life, they are stressed, and they may be bullied, violate school rules, and disruptive behavior. In addition, social and emotional problems such as lethargy, self-degradation, frustration, and anger may be caused. As such, the maladjustment of children s school life has a negative effect on the development of psychological emotions and academic achievements, which is disadvantageous in the community and peer relationships. In this study, children s school adaptation was found to have a positive influence on the improvement of learning skills, and learning skills increased with increasing attention concentration. One thing that plays an important role in determining success and failure when doing something is attention. A person who has a high concentration of attention can do the work quickly and accurately. On the other hand, people with low attention are also less efficient, so even if they do not finish or finish their work on time, the result is often unsatisfactory. As in any case, learning is heavily influenced by attention. The degree of academic achievement differs depending on how much time you have spent studying instead of how much time you have spent sitting at your desk. In addition, factors affecting academic achievement include intelligence, personality, learning attitude, school environment, and social environment, but few variables can be changed by learner s efforts. Therefore, learning techniques that can be changed by learner s efforts have begun to attract attention. Learning skills are the ability of students to use appropriate learning methods or strategies to conduct learning efficiently. In other words, it is possible to improve the efficiency of learning by establishing a specific learning goal, studying steadily, establishing a learning plan, studying regularly, listening to what teachers are saying in class, and organizing key points in their own language. The ability to use methods. Students with high learning skills will learn efficiently using appropriate learning methods and strategies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study whether elementary school students can improve their concentration and learning skills by using the kanji reading method.
