국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 다양한 산업특성을 가진 기업들 중에서 기상정보를 경영에 활용하는 기업을 위하여 기상정보시스템 성공요인과 성공모델을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 본 연구와 연관된 선행연구와 이론적 고찰을 통하여 기상정보시스템 구성요소를 제시하고, 조직의 정보운영특성 변수를 선정하여 기상정보시스템 운영성과로 이어지는 연결경로를 실증 규명한다. 실증분석을 위해 기상정보시스템을 이용하는 국내 기업들을 대상으로 예비 설문조사를 실시하고 측정 대상기업들의 요구사항을 반영한 설문 문항을 추가하여 2차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 온라인 조사는 관련단체의 도움을 받아 전문 조사업체를 활용하였다. 최종 분석에 활용한 표본은 647 개 기업이며 업종은 농·축산·어업(136), 유통업(188), 항공·물류(168), 관광·레저(155)로 구성하였 다. 연구모형은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였으며, 경로분석을 위한 가설은 기존연구와 이론적 고찰을 통하여 설정하였다. AMOS를 이용한 통계분석을 하였으며 확인적 요인분석, 연구모형의 집중 타당성 분석, 판별타당성 분석, 가설검정 순으로 진행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직의 정보운영특성 구성요소로 ‘정보지향성’ 및 ‘전략적 적합 성’을 제시 한 것은 본 연구의 가장 큰 차별화된 기여점이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, DeLone & McLean(1992; 2003)에 의해 제시된 이용자 중심의 정보시스템 성공모델이 아닌 기업 등 조직의 정보운영특성을 고려한 기상정보시스템 성공모델을 제시하였다. 셋째, 다양한 산업에 적합한 기업의 니즈를 반영하기 위한 기상정보시스템 구성요소로 기존 DeLone & McLean(1992; 2003)이 제시한 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질 외에 ‘맞춤형지원’ 변수를 제시 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present the success factors and success models of the weather information system for the companies operating the weather information system to utilize weather and climate information among the companies with various industrial characteristics and organizational characteristics. For the empirical analysis, a pilot questionnaire survey was conducted for Korean companies using the weather information system, and a questionnaire was added to reflect the requirements of the companies surveyed. Online surveys were conducted with specialized researchers with the help of related organizations. The sample used for the final analysis was 647 companies and the industries consisted of agriculture, livestock and fisheries(136), retailing(188), airline and logistics(168), tourism and leisure(155). The research model used the structural equation model, and the hypotheses for path analysis were established through previous studies and theoretical considerations. In addition, statistical analysis was performed using AMOS, followed by confirmatory factor analysis, feasibility analysis of the research model, feasibility analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows. First, suggesting Information Orientation and Strategic Fit , which are variables of information operation characteristic of the organization, is the biggest differentiating contribution of this study. Second, the study proposed a success model of weather information system considering the information operation characteristics of organizations such as companies, not user oriented information system success model proposed by DeLone & McLean(1992; 2003).
