농촌체험관광 프로그램 참여도와 영향 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 농촌체험관광 참가자들을 대상으로 체험마을에서 제공하는 세부프로그램 참여도를 파악하고, 이 체험정도에 문화자본, 라이프스타일, 방문행태, 인구통계학적 특성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해서 분석하였다. 전체 체험정도는 다소 낮은 28%로 나타났으며, 유형별로는 ‘영농체험정도’와 ‘제품체험정도’가 높게 나타났고, ‘미각체험정도’와 ‘문화체험 정도’가 낮게 나타났다. 분석 결과를 보면, 문화자본변수 중 상속자본; 인구통계학적 특성 중 성별, 연령대, 출생지역; 방문형태 중 1년 내 방문횟수, 체험동반자 유형이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 농촌체험관광에 관한 연구들이 만족도와 이것이 전체적인 몰입도와 재방문의사에 미친 영향에 대해서 분석하였다면, 본 연구는 그것의 바탕이 되는 프 로그램 체험도가 어느 정도 되는지, 어떠한 그룹이 상대적으로 높은지, 그리고 어떤 요인을 통해서 체험을 높일 수 있는지에 대한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 문화자본 개념을 농촌체험관광 분석에 처음으로 접목하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 문화자본을 상속자본과 획득자본으로 구분한 후 이들의 영향력을 분석하여 방문객들에게 내재된 문화자본의 중요성을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study shows that how actively agricultural tourists participate in the agritourism programs and how the participation is influenced by cultural capital, lifestyle, visiting behaviors, and demographic characteristics. The whole participation rate was 28%, which seems a little low. Farming and product experience were relatively higher, while tasting and cultural experience were lower. Inherited capital in cultural capital, gender, age, birthplace, visiting numbers within a year, types of companion were found to be significant factors. While previous studies have focused on satisfaction and its influence on revisiting, this study analyzed the participation rate, variability according to different groups, and important factors to increase the participation rate. Moreover, to the authors’ best knowledge, this study is the first to analyze cultural capital on the agricultural tourism. This study classified cultural capital into inherited capital and acquired capital, and analysed the influence of these. By doing this, the importance of cultural capital on the visitors was revealed.
