국문 초록

창업육성과 기업가 정신 함양은 세계 각국의 국가과제로 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 창업을 통한 고용창출과 경제성장에 주목하면서 창업활동을 촉진할 수 있는 글로벌 경제 및 국가간 산업 생태계를 구축하는 것이 중요한 과제로 자리매김하게 되었다. 그러나, 창업기업의 생존율은 기존의 사업에 비해 상대적으로 성공할 확률이 낮고 목표하는 부가가 치나 수익성을 창출하는데 많은 시간이 소요된다. 그에 비해 사내기업창업은 주로 기존사업과 연계되거나 기존의 모기업의 지원으로 인해 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있어 국내 기업들의 지속적인 성장과 고용창출을 위해서 많은 이점을 가지고 있는 사내벤처 활성화를 적극 검토해볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이와 같은 사내기업창업의 활성 화가 국가 신성장 동력 창출에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 보고 GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor)자료를 이용하여 사내기업 창업을 위한 환경적 요인과 기업가정신의 국가별 비교 분석을 하고자 한다. 성장단계별로 사내기업창업 활성화를 진행하는 데 있어 주요 형성요인들을 파악하고 국가별로 시사점을 제시하여 올바른 정책방향을 제공하고 공공과 민간 모 두 사내기업 창업환경을 풍부하게 하도록 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Fostering entrepreneurship and fostering entrepreneurship is a very important task for national governments around the world. It is important to establish a global economy and an inter-country industrial ecosystem that can promote entrepreneurial activities while paying attention to employment creation and economic growth through entrepreneurship. However, the survival rate of start - up firms is low and the time required to create the desired added value and profitability is high. On the other hand, the establishment of an in-house enterprise has a characteristic that can generate synergy due to the support of the existing parent company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental factors and entrepreneurship for the establishment of company in Korea using GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) data, I want to. We will provide insights to identify the main shaping factors in the process of revitalizing entrepreneurial entrepreneurship in each stage ofgrowth, provide implications for each country, provide correct policy direction, and enrich the entrepreneurial environment for both public and private enterprises.
