국문 초록

창업보육센터는 초기창업기업과 예비창업자를 위해 단기적, 부분적 창업보육지원을 수행하고 있다. 창업보육센터는 지난 20여 년간 창업생태계의 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 지속적인 연구와 창업보육센터 능력을 강화하기 위한 노력을 지속하였다. 그러나 창업보육센터를 둘러싼 불확실한 환경변화는 초기창업기업뿐만 아니라 매니저의 직무에도 많은 영향을 미 치고 있다. 따라서 창업생태계의 중요한 구심적 역할을 하는 창업보육센터의 구성원의 중요성을 인식하고 이들이 직무에 몰입할 수 있는 인과관계를 확인함으로써 창업생태계를 활성화하는데 기여하고자 한다. 또한 창업보육센터의 위기와 직무몰입간의 관계에서 흡수능력의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써 창업보육센터의 성과를 높이는 방안을 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구는 연구의 중심을 창업보육센터의 위기로 접근하고, 창업보육센터 구성원인 매니저의 직무몰입의 중요성을 강조하고, 흡수능력의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업보육센터 조직구성원의 직무몰입과 역량개발을 위해 지속적 위기관리 활동을 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 흡수능력이 직무몰입과 직무성과에 미 치는 영향을 감안할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 창업보육센터의 지속가능성과 창업생태계를 위한 유연한 조직 구성이 요구된다. 마지막으로 창업보육센터의 위기관리를 위해 창업보육기관간 네트워크를 더욱 견고히 할 수 있는 다양한 논의가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The business Incubator Center provides short-term and partial entrepreneurship support for early start-up companies and pre-founders. Over the past two decades, the Business Incubator has continued its efforts to strengthen its ability to conduct research and Business Incubator centers to secure competitive advantage in entrepreneurial ecosystems. However, the uncertain environmental changes surrounding the Business Incubator have a great impact on the manager s job as well as the initial start - up companies. Therefore, we aim to contribute to the activation of entrepreneurial ecosystem by recognizing the importance of Business Incubator that play an important role in entrepreneurial ecosystem and identifying the causal relationships that they can engage in. In addition, we will discuss ways to improve the performance of incubators by examining the adjustment effect of absorptive capacity in the relationship between crisis of Business Incubator and job commitment. In this study, we focused on the crisis of the Business Incubator, emphasized the importance of manager s job commitment, and examined the moderating effects of absorptive capacity. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to carry out ongoing crisis management activities for job involvement and capacity development of incubator center members. Second, it is necessary to consider the influence of the absorptive capacity of the organization members on job commitment and job performance. Third, it is necessary to have a flexible organizational structure for the sustainability and entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Business Incubator. Finally, various discussions are needed to further strengthen the network between Business Incubators for crisis management of Business Incubator.
