산후초기 산모의 유방매뉴얼테크닉에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

산후초기 산모들의 모유수유 실천율을 저해하는 요인 중 하나가 젖몸살, 모유량증가로 인한 유방통이나 유방 불편감이라는 것이 선행 연구들을 통해 밝혀졌다. 이에 유방통이나 유방 불편감을 해소하기 위해 의료적인 방법이 아닌 피부미용실 종사자들이 활용할 수 있는 매뉴얼테크닉이 필요하다. 본 논문의 연구에서는 산모들의 산후초기 유방통증이나 유방 불편감을 해소하기 위해 매뉴얼테크닉을 이용한 연구가 어느 정도 되어있는지 분석하였다. 또한 피부미용분야에서 활용할 수 있는 방법을 모색하기 위해 연구하였다. 그 결과 유방매뉴얼테크닉과 관련된 국내 연구논문들이 학위논문과 학술지논문 대부분이 유방 통증과 유방 불편감에 관한 논문이었으나 전체적으로 연구된 사례가 적었으며 국내기술이 아닌 외국 기술을 인용한 연구가 대부분이었으며 매뉴얼테크닉의 구체적인 방법을 제시하지 못한 연구였으며 피부미용종사자가 사용하기에는 제약이 있다. 국내에서 개발한 연구로는 ‘김시원(2016), 산후초기 유두·유륜 신전성과 착유용이도 개발연구’한편 뿐이었으며 피부미용종사자가 사용할 수 있게 체계화된 프로그램으로 연구가 되었다. 앞으로 이 연구를 이용한 효과성 검증을 위한 연구가 필요하며 그 연구가 유효한 효과를 볼 수 있다면 모유수유실천율을 높일 뿐 아니라 피부미용종사자들이 활용할 수 있고 범위를 넓혀갈 수 있는 계기가 되길 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

Preliminary studies have shown that one of the factors that impede the practice rate of breastfeeding in early postpartum mothers is masturbation or masturbation due to increased breastfeeding. In this study, we analyzed how much of the manual technique was used to relieve mothers early postpartum breast pain or breast discomfort. Also, we have studied to find a method that can be used in the field of skin care. The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent of research using manual techniques to relieve mothers early postpartum breast pain and breast discomfort. As a result, most of the domestic research papers related to the breast manual technique were about the breast pain and breast discomfort, but most of the theses and journals were about the studies on the breast, And it is not possible to use the method of skin care practitioner. The research developed in Korea is Kim Siwon (2016), the first postpartum nipple / elongation and milking ability development research , and it was studied as a systematic program that can be used by skin care workers. In the future, we need to study the effectiveness of this study, and if the research can be effective, we hope to increase the practice rate of breastfeeding as well as expand the scope and the use of skin care workers.
