미용과 교수 내용 지식(PCK) 개발의 필요성에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내외의 연구 발표 자료를 바탕으로 교수 내용 지식(PCK)에 대한 이론적 배경과 미용과 교육과정의 특성을 분석하여, 좋은 수업을 위한 미용교사의 교수 내용 지식(PCK) 개발의 필요성을 도출하기 위하여 다음과 같은 과정을 연구하였다. 첫째, 2015 개정교육과정에 따라 미용교사의 자율성과 책무성이 강조되어 교육과정을 재해석하고 다양한 교수학습 방법을 모색하는 등의 역량 발휘가 더욱 강조된다. 둘째, 미용교사의 수업 전문성의 핵심은 교과 내용을 지도하는 데 적절한 방법적 지식인 교수 내용 지식(PCK)이며, 셋째, 교사효능감은 교사의 교수 활동 및 학생의 학습 및 성취도에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인으로 교사효능감을 높이는 교수 내용 지식(PCK)의 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 미용과 교수 내용 지식(PCK)은 수업컨설팅 기준의 가장 핵심적인 부분으로 자리 잡아야 하며, 교수 내용 지식(PCK)의 구성요소를 중심으로 컨설팅 기준이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 경력교사가 지닌 교수 내용 지식(PCK)을 명료화함으로써 실천적 지식을 학습할 수 있도록 교사양성과정의 교과목 및 수업 내용을 개선하고, 예비교사 전문성 제고를 위한 체계적인 입문 프로그램을 마련을 위해 미용과 교수 내용 지식(PCK)의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

In this study, the following process was studied theoretical background of Pedagogical Content Knowledge based on domestic and foreign researches and in order to derive the necessity of developing the contents of the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) for Good Class analyzing the characteristics of the curriculum of cosmetology. First, according to the 2015 Revision Curriculum, as teacher s autonomy and accountability of the cosmetology teacher are emphasized, their reinterpretation and exploration of various teaching and learning methods is also emphasized. Second, the key point of Cosmetology Teachers Instructional Expertise is Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) which is appropriate for teaching subjectmatters content. Third, it is necessary to develop Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) which increases teachers efficacy as an important factor affecting teacher s teaching activities and student s learning and achievement. Fourth, beauty and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) should be the most important part of Instructional Consulting standards and consulting standards should be centered on components of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). Finally, to clarify the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of experienced teachers, it is necessary to improve the subjects and contents of the Teacher Education Curriculum so that the practical knowledge can be learned. Also, It is need to develop the contents of beauty and teaching contents in order to prepare systematic introduction program for the professionalism of novice teachers.
