국문 초록

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명이 개인과 국가의 고용에 미치는 영향에 관한 국내의 사회과학 연구를 분석하였다. 연구는 RISS의 키워드 검색을 활용하여 연구의 결과와 동향에 주목하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 4차 산업혁명은 전체 산업에 광범위한 영향을 미치며, 고용에 미치는 영향에 대한 통일된 연구결과가 없는 상황이다. 때문에 각 산업별 특성에 따라서 4차 산업혁명에 대응하기 위한 연구와 빅 데이터를 활용한 실증연구를 통해서 고용에 미치는 영향을 추정하는 연구가 필요할 것 으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Recently, all industries in the world have been concerned about the 4th Industrial Revolution and future job, and there have been various forums and researches. Therefore, this study analyzes the domestic academic researches conducted in the field of social science as of June, 2019 on the effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution New Technology on individual and national employment, examines the future research area and research trends. For this study, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service) which is a representative database of domestic academic research data was used to perform keyword search related to 4th Industrial Revolution and then integrated search after analyzing the results and then the research directions were suggested. This study suggests that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not focused on a specific field but is related to all industries and whether or not it will increase or decrease the number of future jobs. Therefore, there are still many research projects on how to respond to the Fourth Industrial Revolution in each industry sector. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has already become a reality in front of us. However, existing researches have been studied based on the predictive data through surveys or workshops. Now that the verifiable data from the 4th Industrial Revolution are secured, empirical research based on real data based on Big Data will be possible. Still, the debate over the number of jobs is hot. Therefore, we need to apply the empirical research method of data base to examine how the fourth industrial revolution affects jobs, develop our capacity through risk management, manage risks, and conduct a lot of strategic and policy researches in the future.
