국문 초록

본 연구는 중국홍차 다예를 알아봄으로 홍차의 종류와 특성을 이해하여 차문화를 알고 발전시키는데 도움을 얻고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국홍차의 유래를 알아보고 중국홍차의 종류를 살펴보았다. 그 과정으로 홍차의 종류에 따른 다예가 다르게 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었고 다예에 사용되는 여러 가지 주요점들을 살펴보게 되었다. 중국다도의 특징으로 표현되는 다예에서 차를 잘 우려서 즐기는 데에 필요한 중요한 요소들을 확인하였다. 차의 종류에 따라 차의 양, 물의 양, 물의 온도, 차를 우리는 횟수, 다기의 종류, 차를 우리는 구체적인 포법을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 중국홍차다예연구는 현재 상승세를 타고 있는 홍차를 이해하고 연구하는데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 차문화를 발전시키는데 응용되어질 것으로 생각되며 앞으로 더 많은 관심과 발전을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims at understanding the kinds and traits of black tea drunk in China and helping understand tea culture by investigating tea etiquette applied to China. So, this study investigated the origin of black tea drunk in China as well as the kinds of tea. In the process, this study found out the fact that tea etiquette was diverse, according to its kinds. This study investigated a lot of tea etiquettes. With the purpose of investigating the traits of tea etiquette as a Chinese tea ceremony, this study checked out important factors necessary to drinking soaked tea. In addition, this study found quantity of tea, quantity of water, temperature of water, soak frequency, cup kinds, and concrete soaking skill according to kinds of tea. This study expects that the study on tea etiquette of black tea drunk in China will be helpful to understanding and studying black tea on upward trend and that it will be applied to developing tea culture. In view of the trend of the world as a kind of fermented tea drunk in most countries except some countries, the consumption of black tea increases, and the consumption rate is about 70% of all consumption quantity So, this study will be developed continuously in the future. This study investigated the way to drink black tea through black tea etiquette applied to China. This study will improve supply and consumption of black tea. The influence, mental as well as material, of black tea etiquette applied to China will improve consumption of tea. Maybe, this study will be an opportunity to help black tea perform a role as a drink for the modern people suffering from fatigue. The production and distribution of green tea increase in our country. But, consumption trend changes into fermented tea from green tea, because income level gets higher and preference gets diverse. So, this study will have an influence on developing black tea industry of our country.
