국문 초록

본 연구는 점포주택 투자 의향에 미치는 요인에 관하여 연구하고자 하며, 점포주택 투자에 관심이 있거나 앞으로 투자하고자 하는 투자자를 대상으로 연령, 학력, 소득, 직업 등의 부동산 투자자의 일반적인 특성과 투자자의 주관적인 경험, 투자 시 영향을 미치는 요인, 투자시 중요하게 생각하는 요인을 통해 투자의사 결정 요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 자 한다. 점포주택은 단순한 주택의 기능뿐만 아니라 주거와 상업기능을 복합적으로 가지므로 점포주택의 투자의사 결정 시에 주거와 상업기능을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는지를 면밀히 검토하여야 한다. 이러한 결과를 통해 점포주택 투자 시 효율적인 의사 결정 요인의 규명 및 투자자의 합리적인 투자와 더 나아가 공급자의 부동산 상품 공급에 있어서 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to investigate influencers on the intention to invest in commercial residential building. For those interested in investment in store residence or intending to invest in it in the future, it attempted to analyze how the determinant of the intention to invest was influenced by their general characteristics such as age, academical background, income, occupation and so on. their subjective experiences, influencers on their investment and factors thought importantly about investment. As the commercial residential building has the combined residential and commercial functions as well as the function of simple dwelling, investors should make a close examination of whether it can meed residential and commercial functions simultaneously in deciding to invest in commercial residential building. Accordingly, this study attempted to provide investors with the basic material for finding out the determinants of efficient decisiomaking in investing in commercial residential building, making a reasonable investment on the one hand and suppliers with the basic material for supplying real estate products on the other.
