국문 초록

분단 후, 남북한 교류는 다방면으로 진행되어 왔으나, 양적으로나 질적으로 만족할 만한 것은 아니었다. 그러나 북한은 최근 개방과 개혁의 길로 가려고 하고 있다. 개방과 개혁을 통하여 경제 성장을 하면서도 체제유지에 성공한 중국 사례를 봐 왔기 때문이다. 본 연구는 남북한 출판 교류와 협력 방안을 모색하고자 하였으며, 연구 결과 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 상대에게 문화적인 자극이나 충격을 주는 방법으로 우월성을 과시하는 경향이 아니라 민족의 평화번영을 위하고 상대의 가치와 지향점을 존중하는 신뢰감을 바탕으로 교류해야 한다. 둘째, 출판물이라는 상품이 오고간다는 단순한 시장논리에서 벗어나 출판물의 교류가 경제적이나 상업적으로 또 다른 이익을 창출할 수 있다는 가능성을 인식시키는 것이 다. 셋째, 남북한의 현실과 실생활에 맞닿아 있는 구체적인 출판물 장르를 모색하여 그 사업에 대해 중점적으로 지원할 필요성이 있다. 넷째, 남북한 출판교류의 궁극적인 목표가 출판물의 자유로운 향유가 되어야 한다.

영문 초록

After the division, the exchange between South and North Korea have been proceeding in various directions, but they were not satisfactory both quantitatively and qualitatively. However, North Korea has recently been trying to open and reform. As they have seen the case of China, which succeeded in maintaining the system while maintaining economic growth through opening and reform. The purpose of this study is to search for publication exchange between South and North Korea. As a result, the following is suggested. First, it should not be a tendency to show superiority in terms of cultural stimulation or shock to the opponent, but it should be based on the trust that respects the values and the points of the opponent for the peace and prosperity of the nation. Second, it should be recognized that the possibility that the exchanges of publications, apart from the simple market logic that the product of publications is exchanged, can create another profit economically or commercially. Third, there is a need to find out specific genres of publications that are in contact with the realities of North and South Korea and the real life, and to focus on the projects. Fourth, the ultimate goal of publication exchange should be the free enjoyment of publications.
