창의교육 교원 역량 강화 연수에 대한 교원의 만족도 조사 분석

국문 초록

본 논문은 제주대학교 창의교육거점센터에서 전국 교원을 대상으로 실시한 창의교육 교원 역량 강화 연수에 참가한 교원들의 연수에 대한 만족도를 조사함으로써, 운영된 연수과정의 완성도를 분석 하고 이를 보완하고 추후 연수 참가자들의 만족도를 제고할 연수 과정을 개발하려는 목적에서 실시되었다. 창의교육 교원 역량 강화 연수 전체 8건 중 만족도 조사가 이루어진 5건에 대한 연수 만족도 분석이 시행되었으며, 만족도 조사에 참여한 연수 참여 초·중·고등학교 교원은 전체 452명이었다. 만족도 조사는 크게 연수 과정 만족도, 연수 운영 만족도, 프로그램별 내용 및 구성 만족도를 주제로 하는 문항들로 구성되었다. 설문 조사 결과 모든 문항에서 ‘매우 만족’ 또는 ‘다소 만족’의 응답 비율이 절대적으로 높아 교원 직무연수에 대한 참여 교원 대부분이 연수에 만족한 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 창의교육 교원 역량 강화 연수 프로그램이 교원들의 창의 교육 전문성 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 보여주고 있으나, 기존 연수 프로그램의 과정 및운영에 관한 지속적인 보완을 위한 노력 및 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

By examining the satisfaction level of teachers who participated in the training to enhance the competence of creative education teachers conducted by Creative Education Center at Jeju National University, this paper was conducted with the aim of analyzing the completion of the training courses operated and developing training courses to supplement them and enhance the satisfaction of future training participants. Out of the total eight training sessions to enhance the competence of teachers in creative education, five were analyzed for satisfaction, and a total of 452 elementary, middle and high school teachers participated in the survey. The satisfaction survey consisted largely of questions about the satisfaction of the training course, the satisfaction of the training operation, the content of each program and the satisfaction. The survey found that most of the participating teachers were satisfied with their training as the ratio of responses to very satisfied or mostly satisfied was absolutely high in all questions. The results of the study show that the creative education teacher training program has a positive influence on the development of creative education professionalism among teachers, but efforts and follow-up research will have to be made to continuously supplement the existing training program s courses and operations.
