종자산업의 국민경제 기여도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국은행의 산업연관표를 이용하여 종자산업의 국민경제의 기여도를 타산업과 비교분석하여 향후 정부의 정책 수립에 도움을 주는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국은행의 2013년 산업연관표 384개 기본부문 중 종자 및 묘목 부문만을 종자산업으로 한정하여 새로이 종자 산업연관표를 작성, 활용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 종자산업의 생산유발계수의 열합계는 1.0008, 행 합계은 1.9901으로 나타났다. 둘째, 종자산업의 감응도 계수는 .5320, 영향력계수는 1.05803로 나타났다. 셋째, 종자산업의 부가가치유발계수는 .7009로, 소득유발효과는 .2674로, 생산유발효과는 .0266으로, 수입유발계수효과는 .2991로 나타났다. 넷째, 노동유발계수는 .04632로 직·간접으로 약 46.3명(10억당)의 노동이 유발되며, 이 중 직접유발인원은 40.9명, 간접 유발인원은 5.4명이다. 끝으로, 종자산업의 최종수요 52.5십억원을 투입할 경우 총생산유발액은 3,060십억원으로 이 중 종자산업 산업 자체는 52.5십억원으로 전체의 1.7%에 달한다. 그리고 종자산업 산업의 부가가치 유발액은 1,103십억원으로 이 중 종자산업 자체에서는 19.7십억원으로 총부가가치 유발액의 1.8%이다. 또한 소득유발액은 513.5십억원으로 이 중 종자산업 자체에 서는 6.7억원의 소득이 창출되어 전체의 1.3%를 점하고 있다. 수입유발액은 총 523.1십억원으로 이 중 종자산업 자체에서는 15.7십억원으로 3.0%로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study uses the Bank of Korea s input-output table to compare and analyze the contribution of the national economy of seed industries with other industries so that establishing government’s policy in the future. For this purpose, making and utilizing input-output table of the new seed industry by extracting only the seed and seedlings sectors to the seed industry from 384 basic sectors in 2013 input-output table of the Bank of Korea. The results are as follows. Firstly, it is appeared that column total of inducement coefficient in the seed industry is 1.0008, line total is 1.9901. Secondly, it is showed that index of the sensitivity of dispersion of the seed industry is .5320, impact factor is 1.05803. Thirdly, it is appeared that the value added inducement coefficients for the seed industry is .7009, the income inducement is .2674, the effect on production inducement is .0266, and the import inducement coefficients is .2991. Fourthly, the labor inducement coefficient is .04632, which causes about 46.3 person (per billion) directly or indirectly to work, number of persons directly affected are 40.9, and number of persons indirectly affected are 5.4. Finally, if putting 52.5 billion won final demand of the seed industry into the national economy, the total amount of production generated by the entire industry will reach 3060 billion won, and the seed industry is 52.5 billion accounting for 1.7% of the whole industry. And the additional value amount from the seed industry is 111.3 billion won, while it is 19.7 billion won in the seed industry itself, 1.8% of the additional value amount of total. In addition, the income inducement amount is 513.5 billion won, making up 6.7 billion won in the seed industry itself, which is accounting for 1.3 percent of the total. It is showed that import inducement amount to 523.1 billion won, 3% of which came to 15.7 billion won in the seed industry itself.
