영문 초록

Chartist movement that require franchise extension after the first reform bill in 1832 was dwindled gradually, but reformism is reappeared again entering in the 1860s. Therefore, in this paper, made clear English the second reform bill in social economy mainly. Specially, proves several prices of commodities, wages and unemployment circumstance by statistics in the Britain, and explained in city that working classes accession to power exercise is starting in serious economic depression and destitution of life while reach in 1867 after 1860. Moreover, examined closely that political activities by a labor union became big motivation of reform bill in this time. That working classes are wished to fulfil reform bill, thing which wish to approach in conservative party, everybody it that wish to improve position of laborer s social economy only means be. On the other hand, Disraeli who was quick and bright seizing upon an opportunity destroys past tradition because receives radicals desire and public s ardent innovation request out of working classes and succeed in the most innovative reform bill realization.
