공급사슬 통합이 공급사슬 가시성과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

공급사슬 통합이 공급사슬 성과를 제고시킬 수 있다는 규범적인 연구들은 많이 진행되었지만 공급사슬 통합이 공급사슬의 어떤 역량을 제고시킴으로서 공급사슬 성과를 제고시킬 수 있는가에 대한 연구는 일부 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬 통합이 공급사슬 역량으로서 공급사슬 가시성에 미치는 영향과 공급사슬 가시성이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 나아가 공급사슬 통합과 공급사슬 가시성, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 통합적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이들 요인들 간의 가설을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 가설 H1의 검정으로서 내부통합은 공급사슬 가시성 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 가설 H2의 검정으로서 공급자통합 역시 공급사슬 가시성 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 가설 H3의 검정으로서 고객통합은 감지가시성과 조정가시성에만 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 가설 H4의 검정으로서 감지가시성은 공급사슬 성과 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 가설 H5의 검정으로서 학습가시성은 공급사슬 성과에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않은 것으로 검정되었다. 가설 H6의 검정으로서 조정가시성은 공급사슬 성과 모두에 정(＋) 의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 공급사슬 통합을 제고하는 것이 공급사슬 역량으로서 공급사슬 가시성을 제고시킬 수 있으며, 나아가 공급사슬 성과까지 제고시킬 수 있음을 확인하여, 공급사슬 통합, 공급사슬 가시성, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 통합적으로 규명하였다.

영문 초록

There have been a number of normative studies on supply chain integration that can improve supply chain performance. However, there is limited research on how supply chain integration can enhance supply chain performance by improving the capabilities of the supply chain. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain visibility as a supply chain capability and the effect of supply chain visibility on supply chain performance. And to identify the relationship between supply chain integration and supply chain visibility and supply chain performance. The results of the hypothesis test between these factors are as follows. First, as a test of hypothesis H1, internal integration has a positive (＋) significant effect on both supply chain visibility. As a test of hypothesis H2, supplier integration also has a positive (＋) significant effect on both supply chain visibility. As hypothesis H3 tests, customer integration appears to have a positive (＋) only effect on detection visibility and adjustment visibility. And as a test of hypothesis H4, the detection visibility has a positive (＋) effect on all of the supply chain performance. As a test of hypothesis H5, learning visibility has a positive (but not significant) effect on supply chain performance. As a test of hypothesis H6, adjusted visibility was found to have a positive (＋) significant effect on both supply chain performance. As a result of this test, it is confirmed that the enhancement of supply chain integration can enhance supply chain visibility as a supply chain competence and enhance the supply chain performance. Thus, the relationship between supply chain integration, supply chain visibility and supply chain performance Respectively.
