국문 초록

최근 한국에서 발생하는 자연재난의 종류가 다양해지고 강도도 강해짐에 따라 시민의 불안감이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 자연재난의 피해를 줄이기 위해서 선행되어야 하는 효과적인 재난대피를 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 효과적인 재난대피를 위한 인구학적 특성에 따른 행위자 중심의 재난대피행동의 차이에 대한 연구와 현재 한국에서 시행되고 있는 재난대피훈련의 효과에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 성별, 연령별 층화 추출법으로 표집한 총 341명에게 설문조사를 통하여 성별, 연령, 가구소득의 인구학적 특성과 재난대피행동과의 관계를 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과, 효율적인 재난대피에 있어서 기존의 재난대피 훈련의 영향은 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구를 통한 재난대피 행동패턴 특성 분석은 기존의 재난대피훈련을 발전시키고 더 나아가 효과적인 자연재난대피를 위한 매뉴얼 개발에도 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

As types of disasters that occur in South Korea have become more diverse and stronger in recent years, public anxiety has increased steadily. However, there is a lack of research about effective disaster evacuation that should precede a natural disaster to minimize damage and loss of life. For disaster evacuation to be effective, it is necessary to study the differences in agent-centered disaster evacuation behavior according to demographic characteristics, and to discuss the effectiveness of current disaster evacuation training in Korea. In this study, 341 people were surveyed using gender and age-specific stratification extraction methods. The survey results showed that there was a correlation between several demographic characteristics such as gender, age, and household income, and people s disaster evacuation behavior. In addition, current disaster evacuation training in Korea has proved ineffective, and alternative training is needed. It is believed that the disaster evacuation patterns found by this research will help develop existing disaster evacuation training and further develop manuals for effective natural disaster evacuation.
