국문 초록

연극치료의 역할기법은 역할의 균형과 통합을 통해서 역할을 취득하는 유연성과 역할스펙트럼을 확장하게 만들고, 그러한 변화는 내담자를 건강하고 균형 잡힌 인간으로 발달하게 만든다. 그러나 체험중심의 치료로서 역할기법은 역할의 통합과 일상과의 연결과정에서 인지적이 통합과 왜곡된 인지의 교정부분에서 부족함이 일상에서의 지속적이 치료적 효과를 만들지 못한다는 생각을 바탕으로 인지행동치료적 부분을 보완하여 역할기법을 발전시키는 것이 필요하다는 생각이 든다. 이러한 발전적인 방향은 연극치료의 효과성을 높이고 발전시키는 근본적인 목적을 위한 것이다. 연구목적은 스키마치료의 심리도식과 역할기법과 역할유형의 연계성을 발견하고, 역할기법에서 부족한 인지적 변화를 이끄는 치료적 체계와 구조를 스키마치료의 이론, 치료적 방략들을 통해서 보완하는 과정을 이론적으로 정리하고 그 발전가능성을 기술하는 데 있다. 연구 의의는 스키마치료 이론을 통해서 역할기법의 인지적 통합의 과정을 체계적으로 증명하고 방법적으로 보완하는 데 의의가 있으며, 이것은 궁극적으로 연극치료의 효과성을 높이는 방법적 제안이 된다. 연구방법은 스키마치료 이론, 역할기법이론, 드라마치료이론, 인지과학이론 등 기존의 이론, 개념을 바탕으로 하는 문헌연구의 방법이다. 연구결과는 랜디의 역할유형과 스키마의 심리도식영역의 연관성이 있으며, 랜디의 역할이론에서 역할의 통합은 스키마치료의 모드작업에서 취약한 아동의 모드를 건강한 성인모드로 발전시키는 과정과 연관성이 있다. 그러나 역할기법과 스키마치료는 연관성의 부분에 대한 추가적인 연구와 실증적인 연구 자료들을 통해서 논리적 근거를 확실히 해나가는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The role approach of Dramatherapy expands the flexibility and role spectrum of acquiring roles through balance and integration of roles, and such changes make the client develop into a healthy, balanced human being. However, based on the idea that role-based techniques as experiential-centered therapies do not consistently produce therapeutic effects in everyday life, lack of cognitive integration and distorted cognitive corrections in the process of integration of roles and routines, I think it is necessary to develop the role skills by complementing the therapeutic part. This developmental direction is for the subtle purpose of enhancing and improving the effectiveness of theater therapy. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between psychological schema, role technique and role type of schema therapy and to complement the therapeutic system and structure leading to lack of cognitive change in role technique through the theory of schema therapy and therapeutic strategies. And to describe the development potential. The purpose of this study is to systematically demonstrate and categorize the process of cognitive integration of role techniques through schema therapy theory, which is a methodical proposal that ultimately enhances the effectiveness of theater therapy. Research methods are based on existing theories and concepts such as schema therapy theory, role theory, dramatherapy theory, and cognitive science theory. The results of this study are related to Rorert J. Landy s role type and psychological schema area of the schema, and the integration of role in Landy s role theory is related to the process of developing the mode of vulnerable child to healthy adult mode in the mode work of schema treatment.
