국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 정신보건사업의 다양한 서비스 요소들이 재활성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 지역사회 정신보건사업의 성과 개선을 위한 향후 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다. B지역의 7개 정신보건센터와 10개 사회복귀시설, 3개의 낮병원을 이용하고 있는 정신장애인 301명을 대상으로 2010년 3월 15일부터 2주간 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 자기기입식 대면조사로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 기술통계, t-test 및 분산분석과 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 재활성과는 성별에 따라 여자보다 남자가 높게 나타났고, 종교에서는 기독교를 믿는 사람들의 재활성과가 가장 높았으며, 가족과 함께 동거할수록 재활성과가 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 서비스요소별로는 서비스 환경, 시설 환경, 상호 작용이 높을수록 재활성과가 높았다. 정신장애인의 재활성과를 높이기 위하여 지역사회 정신보건시설의 역할정립을 위한 정신보건서비스 전달체계의 확립과 효율적이고 긍정적인 관계형성을 위한 환경제공과 가족적 지지. 영적 지지 프로그램개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objective : A variety of community mental health service factors by analyzing the effect of rehabilitation and community mental health services, and provide suggestions for improving the future direction of mental health facilities were suggested. Method : By the Mental Health Act currently installed in the B city, which is operated in 7 mental health centers and 10 rehabilitation facilities, and 3 day hospital use as a mental disorder to understand the purpose of this study was able to meet self-administered questionnaire cognitive ability in 301 patients with mental disorder held in March 2010 from 15 over the two weeks using a self-administered structured questionnaire survey data were collected face to face. Data were analyzed with SPSS PC 12.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis and multiple regression. Results : Mental rehabilitation outcomes of persons with disabilities affecting in those male, christian religions and living with family had a significant influence, and affected service factor that service environment, facilities environment and social interactions. Conclusion : The rehabilitation outcomes of the mentally disabled to improve performance the role of community mental health facility for the formulation of mental health service delivery system requires the establishment and empowerment of mental health professionals and related institutional support and supportive interaction in the formation is required. And, the policy relating to the rehabilitation of the mentally disabled funding for family and spiritual support program development are needed.
