영문 초록

The interest among the producer and the consummer and laborer and between urban area and of rural area have often been thought to be conflicting. However, if the interests continue to remain conflicting, we can hardly expect to find a key to the solution of food, land, housing, irrigation, and environment problems which emerged as the most important issues of today. These problems can be solved only when a coope- rative and reciprocal relationship is maintained between the producer and the consumer or the producer’s cooperative federations and the consumer’s cooperative federation. The importance of cooperation among cooperative federations can never be over-emphasized.
