국문 초록

북한에서 후계자의 정통성과 정당성을 인민들에게 내면화 시키는 작업이 정치사회화 과정이고, 그 기본적인 내용에는 백두혈통이 있다. 북한은 백두산에서 시작된 김일성의 항일무장투쟁으로 조선혁명이 완수되었다고 하였다. 소련에서 보낸 김일성의 역사는 지워버리고 신화를 만들어 냈다. 김정일도 백두산 밀영에서 태어났다고 하였다. 백두에서 총대로 시작된 선군혁명은 선군혈통으로 대를 이어 계속되어야 한다. 김정일의 선군정치도 김일성의 바로 선군전통의 산물이다. 정치 권력승계에서도 사상중시는 선결요건이고, 주체사상과 선군사상이 그 중심에 있다. 이 두 이념이 이어지는 가운데 김정일과 김정은은 그것을 체계화한 주역이 되었고, 이는 백두혈통이기 때문에 가능하다는 논리를 펼쳤다. ‘청년대장’ 김정은을 인민에게 각인시키기 위하여 끊임없이 치밀한 작업을 하였다. 김정일은 김정은에게 당 중앙군사위원회 부 위원장 직책을 부여하였다. 김정은은 자신의 공식적인 체제를 출범하면서 통치이념으로 김일성-김정일주의를 내세웠다. 김일성-김정일주 의는 백두혈통을 이어받은 김정은에 대한 충성심과 김정일 따라 배우기를 강조하고 있다. 김일성과 김정일의 업적과 사상을 연결시켜, 이것을 지도사상이라는 기치로 내세우면서 인민들의 통합성과 동원을 극대화하려 하고 있다. 북한은 김정은이 백두혈통과 선군전통을 이어받는 위대한 지도자라는 것이다.

영문 초록

The task to incorporate heir’s legitimacy into the public is a political socialization process and the fundamental contents for it have been the Baekdu lineage. North Korea stated that the revolution of the Joseon was completed with the anti-Japanese armed struggle of Kim Il Sung that started in Baekdu Mountain. They have erased the history of Kim Il Sung from the Soviet Union and created myths. Kim Jong Il was also born in Mt. Baektu. The Military First revolution, which started as a cadre from Baekdu, must continue after the generations with the lineage. Kim Jong Il’s the ‘Military First Policy’ is also the product of Kim Il Sung’s tradition of Military First. An emphasis on ideology is prerequisite to power succession and the priority is granted to ‘Juche’ and ‘Military First’ ideologies. From Juche to Military First ideology, Kim Jung Il and Kim Jung Eun have taken the leading role in institutionalizing two ideologies and a logical base for their achievements has lain on the Baekdu lineage. In order to impress Kim Jong-un as a ‘youth leader’ on the public, refined operations was carried out continuously. he appointed Kim Jung Eun to vice chairman of the Central Military Commission in the sake of emergency succession. With the official assumption into office of Kim Jong Un, he designated ‘Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism’ as governing ideology for North Korea. The new governing doctrine gives an emphasis on the loyalty to Kim Jong-un from the Baekdu lineage and learning Kim Jong Il. Establishing the connection of Kim Il Sung’s achievement and ideology and Kim Jong Il’s as guiding ideology, Kim Jong Un intends to maximize the unity and mobilization of the general public. Kim Jong Un is a great leader to inherit Baekdu lineage and the tradition of military-first policy.
