창의적 체험활동을 위한 초등 식생활 교육자료 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동을 위한 초등식생활 교육 자료를 개발하여 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 바람직한 식습관을 가져올 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 창의적 체험활동과 창의성에 대한 문헌분석과 2015 개정 실과 교육과정에 나타난 식생활교육 내용과 농림축산식품부와 식생활교육국민네트워크에서 발행한 바른 식생활 길라잡이의 교육내용을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 창의적 체험활동에 적용 가능한 초등 식생활 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 식생활교육 체험활동은 건강한 식습관, 식사계획, 식사관리, 외식관리 등 4개의 식생활교육 체험활동 영역을 선정하였으며, 각 영역별로 핵심 개념, 일반화된 지식, 내용요소 등 프로그램 내용체계를 개발하였다. 각 영역별 내용타당도와 창의적 체험활동에의 적합성 여부는 초등 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 그 후에 창의적 체험활동에 필요한 식생활교육의 영역별 실천문제들을 제시하고 실천적 문제해결 교수학습방안을 적용하여 교수학습 계획안을 개발하였다. 식생활 체험교육은 창의적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 문제해결능력을 강조하여야 하고, 올바른 식습관을 정착시키기 위한 다양한 형태의 식생활교육 체험기회를 마련하여 학교현장에서 실질적인 식생활교육의 변화가 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 체험활동 효과에 대한 연구가 필요하다

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to develop the elementary dietary education program for creative extra curricular activities. Literature review of the elementary creative extra curricular activities and the concept of the creativity was analyzed, then dietary education of the 2009 amendment and the 2015 amendment of the practical science curriculum, and the corrective dietary program published by the Dept. of Agriculture and the Korean Food Education Network were reviewed. The four concepts of the elementary dietary education program presented in literature were used to suggest for the creative extra curricular activity. The four dietary areas include healthy dietary habit, meal planning, diet management, and out-going meal management. The core concepts such as general knowledge and learning contents of each area were developed. Then, practical problems of the each area and the teaching manual based on the practical problem solving method was proposed for conducting creative extra curricular activities. Suggestions for further studies in this field are as follows. First, the elementary dietary education program for creative extra curricular activities developed in this study should be applied so as to test their effects. Second, the elementary dietary education program should be developed from the first to forth grades so that the effectiveness of the dietary program could be emerged steadily and continually. Third, various types of the dietary education programs should be developed continually for elementary schools in various ways to observe the effectiveness of dietary education.
