국문 초록

최근 범죄 예방의 효과 외에도 CPTED는 범죄자의 개인적 특성에서 범죄 기회의 환경 적특성에 이르기까지 사회적 관심을 확대해 왔다. 또한 건축, 도시 공학 및 디자인과 같이 범죄와 관련성이 없는 것으로 여겨지는 다양한 연구를 통합함으로써 범죄를 보다 효율적으로 예방하고 대처할 수 있다는 점에서 많은 노력이 기울여졌다. 그러나 국내 CPTED 연구는 공적, 반공적 및 반사적 영역에 초점을 두었으나 물리적 침입 방지를 위한 건물 방범 하드웨어의 표준화가 없기 때문에 사적 영역의 물리적 침입저항 시스템에 대한 연구가 부족했다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해서는 건축물에 대한 물리적 침입방지 성능 기준을 표준화하기 위한 시험 방법 및 성능 기준을 제시 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 사적영역에서의 방범하드웨어 성능 시험을 통해 물리적인 침입저항 시스템의 기본 개념과 이를 위한 지침을 제시하였다. 이 가이드라인은 새로운 범죄위험 평가 및 하드웨어 출시와 동일한 방식으로 방어 전략을 수립하기 위한 테스트 방법 및 조건을 지정하고 침입 경로 및 침입 도구를 고 려한 방범 하드웨어 코드를 개발함으로써 충분한 확장성을 갖도록 설계되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 물리적 침입방어 시스템을 보다 구체적으로 구축하여 건물에 사용되는 방범하드웨어의 표준화가 실현될 것이고, 또한 범죄 및 테러를 효과적으로 예방하고 대응할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Currently in addition to the effects of crime prevention, CPTED has expanded social interest from the individual characteristics of criminals to the environmental characteristics of crime opportunities. And it has made a big effort in that it is able to prevent and cope with crime more efficiently by integrating various studies which were not considered to be highly relevant to crime such as architecture, urban engineering, and design. However, domestic CPTED studies have focused on public, semi - public, and semi-private area, and research on the physical intrusion resistance system in the private areas has been lacking. Since there is no standardization of building crime prevention hardware for physical intrusion resistance. Therefore, in order to overcome this problem, it has been necessary to propose a test method and key performance criteria for standardization of crime prevention performance of building hardware. In this study, the basic concept of physical intrusion resistance system and the guideline to do it are proposed through the performance test of building crime prevention hardware in the private area. The guideline specifies test methods and conditions to establish a defense strategy in the same way for new crime risk assessment and hardware launches, and it is designed to have sufficient scalability by developing code for crime prevention hardware in consideration of intrusion path and invasion tool. Based on the results of this study, more specific physical intrusion prevention systems will be built to standardize the surveillance hardware used in buildings, and to prevent and respond to crime and terrorism effectively and It expects to be able to effectively prevent and respond to crime and terrorism.
