기업가적 지향성이 고용가능성과 창업의지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 사회적으로 기업가정신에 관한 필요성과 관심이 증대되면서 대학에서의 기업가정신 함양 을 위한 교육과 활동이 급격히 확산되는 추세이다. 이는 그간 기업가정신이 창업과 유사 혹은 동일한 개념으로 인식되면서 청년들의 진로 일환으로 창업의 필요성이 대두되는 추세를 반영하고 있기 때문이기도 하지만 기업가정신의 효과성과 필요성이 창업을 넘어 취업에도 영향을 미치고 있다는 인식이 확산되고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진로 대안인 고용가능성과 창업의지에 대학생의 기업가정신이 어떤 영향을 주는지를 동시에 파악해 보고자 했다. 또한 개인의 성격 5요인(신경증, 성실성, 개방성, 외향성, 친화성)은 한 개인의 진로에 다양한 형태로 영향을 미친다고 알려진 바, 기업가적 지향성과 고용가능성 및 창업의지와와 관계에서 성격요인의 조절효과를 실증 검증하였다. 먼저 연구 진행을 위해 서울 소재 1개 대학, 충청지역 1개 대학에 재학 중인 247명(남자 155명, 여자 92명)의 학생들을 대상으로 SPSS와 Process Macro를 활용하여 실증분석을 하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가적 지향성의 하위 변수인 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성 모두고 용가능성에 영향을 미치는 중요 변수로 확인되었다. 둘째 기업가적 지향성 가운데 혁신성, 위험 감수성은 창업의지에 영향을 미치지만 진취성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가적 지향성과 고용가능성과의 관계에서 성격 5요인 가운데 신경성의 변수를 제외한 요인들은 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업가적 지향성은 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 가운데 성격 5요인 모두가 조절적 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점과 연구의 의의를 가질 수 있다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 기업가적 지향성과 고용가능성, 창업의지를 동시에 확인함으로써 개별 기업가적 지향성 요인의 영향력 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 성격 5요인이 기업가적 지향성과 창업의지와의 관계에서 조절변수로써의 역할을 하지 못하다는 결과를 통해 기업가정신과 창업의지는 강한 상관관계가 있기에 성격의 조절효과가 나타나지 않은 것으로 해석될 수 있는 바, 기업가정신이 높다면 어떠한 성격을 지닌 개인도 창업의지를 어느 정도 높일 수 있다는 해석이 가능해 진다. 따라서 창업의지는 타고난 DNA 혹은 성격에 크게 좌우된다는 일각의 주장에 반론 제기가 가능하며 다양한 성격의 사람들에게 기업가정신 교육이 알맞게 제공된다면 창업의지를 고양시킬 수 있다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

영문 초록

In the Future of Jobs report released at the World Economic Forum in 2016, 7 million jobs in 15 advanced countries will disappear by 2020 and 2 million jobs will be created, totaling 5 million jobs. The age when the concept of lifelong work has been passed has passed, and it is urgently needed to prepare for future job changes. In particular, college students are designing and preparing courses for successful employment or entrepreneurship, and are learning entrepreneurship, one of the skills of life in a university that prepares for the future. Therefore, it is meaningful to examine how entrepreneurial orientation affects employment possibility and entrepreneurial will at the same time, and there are five characteristics of personality (neuroticism, sincerity, openness, extroversion, affinity) have examined whether it plays a regulatory role. For the study, 247 students (155 males, 92 females) were enrolled in one university in Seoul and one university in Chungcheong area. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the sub - variables innovation, risk - sensitivity, and entrepreneurship were found to be important variables in the entrepreneurial orientation. Second, innovativeness and risk sensitivity affect entrepreneurial will in entrepreneurial orientation, but the validity of entrepreneurship has not been confirmed Third, entrepreneurial orientation has a moderating role for personality 5 factors in employability. All variables except for the variables of neuroticism show moderating effect. Fourth, entrepreneurship orientation was analyzed by the fact that five factors of personality do not play a moderating role in the will of entrepreneurship. Therefore, this study firstly showed the need for customized educational programs for students through the relationship with entrepreneurial orientation, employability, and entrepreneurship. Second, the factor 5, which is a controlling variable, plays a moderating role in the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on employment potential, but it is analyzed as a variable that does not play a moderating role in affecting the will of entrepreneurs.
