인지운동치료가 발달장애 아동의 시지각 능력과 운동능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적: 인지운동치료가 발달장애아동의 시각 주의력과 운동능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 본 연구는 6세 발달장애 아동을 대상으로 실시하였다. 실험설계는 개별 실험 연구(single-subject research design) 중 A-B 설계를 사용하였고, 기초선 A는 4회기, 중재기 B는 8회기였다. 기초선 기간에는 감각통합 프로그램을 40분간 실시하였고, 중재기간에는 인지운동치료를 40분 동안 실시하였다. 사전-사후 검사로 한국판 시지각 발달 검사를 실시하였고, 시각 주의력을 보기 위해 별지우기 검사를, 운동능력을 보기 위해 상자와 나무토막 검사를 실시하였다. 결과: 대상자의 시각 주의력 검사와 운동능력 검사에서 기초선에 비해 중재기간에 향상된 결과가 나타났다. 시각 주의력 검사에서는 기초선에서 4.75개에서 중재기간동안 9.13개로 증가되었다. 운동능력 검사에서는 기초선에서 평균 오른쪽은 11.50개, 왼쪽은 14.25개에서 중재기간의 평균은 오른쪽은 20.63개, 왼쪽은 24.50개로 증가되었다. 결론: 연구결과 인지운동치료가 발달장애 아동의 시각 주의력과 운동능력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive exercise therapy on visual attention and motor ability of children with developmental disabilities. Methods: This research was executed on six-year-old children with developmental disorder. The experiment was single subject design, there were four baseline sessions and eight intervention session. During the baseline session, the sensory integration program was applied for 40 minutes, and during the intervention session, cognitive therapeutic exercise was applied for 40 minutes. The Korean-Developmental Test of Visual Perception-2 was used as the pre-test and post-test. A star cancellation examination was carried out to assess visual attentiveness, and the Box and Block Test to assess exercise ability. Results: The visual attentiveness examination and exercise ability examination showed better results in the intervention session than in the baseline session. In the visual attentiveness examination, results increase to 9.13 in the intervention session from 4.75 in the baseline session. In the exercise ability examination, in the baseline session the average was 11.50 in the right and 14.35 in the left, but this increased to 20.63 in the right and 24.50 in the left on average. Conclusion: The results showed that cognitive exercise therapy positively affected visual attention and motor ability of children with developmental disabilities.
