고기능 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동을 대상으로 한 전산화 인지재활 치료

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 고기능 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동을 대상으로 전산화 인지재활 치료(COMCOG) 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성인 자폐정도, 전체지능, 감각처리기능을 측정하였다. 중재 방법으로 사용한 것은 전산화 인지 프로그램 (COMCOG, ㈜맥스메디카, version1.0, 한국)을 사용하였다. 유사실험 설계로 한 집단 사전 사후 검사 실험 설계를 하였으며 유의수준 .05에서 t 검증을 통해서 사전 및 사후 검사를 하였다. 결과: 프로그램 실시 후, 운동감소 시지각에서는 사후검사 시, 공간위치(Position in space), 도형 배경 (Figure-ground), 시각 완성(Visual closure), 형태항상성(Form constancy) 총4 항목에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 수준 (p<.05)(p<.001) 유의미한 차이가 잇는 것으로 나타났으며, 시각 운동 통합 시 지각에서는 눈-손 협응능력과 시각 운동 속도 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 결론: 전산화 인지 프로그램 (COMCOG, ㈜맥스메디카, version1.0, 한국) 고기능 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동들의 운동 감소 시지각과 시각 운동 통합 시 지각 향상에 효과가 있었다.

영문 초록

Objective: To investigate the effects of computerized cognitive rehabilitation therapy (COMCOG) on children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods: Autistic subjects, general intelligence, and sensory processing functions were measured. A computerized cognitive program (COMCOG, Max Medica, version 1.0, Korea) was used as the intervention method. Pre - and post - test was conducted through paired t - test at significance level .05. Results: After the program, the motion reduction visual angle was statistically significant in all 4 items in post-test, such as position in space, figure-ground, visual closure, and form constancy (p<.05) (p<.001). There was a statistically significant effect on the visual-motor coordination ability and the visual motion velocity domain in visual perception integration (p<.05). Conclusion: The computerized cognitive program was effective in enhancing motor reduced visual perception and the visual motor integration visual perception of the children with high functional autism spectrum disorder.
