신경인지재활치료가 뉴로피드백에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반인을 대상으로 신경인지재활치료가 뉴로피드백 훈련효과성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는가 알아보고 자 실시하였다. 방법: 본 연구 대상자는 일반일을 대상으로 실헙10회기 중 1회기부터 3회기까지를 기초선 기간(A), 4회기부터 10회기까지를 중재기간(B)로 설정하였따. 뉴로피드백은 각 회기별 30분씩 주 2회 총 10회기를 적용하였고, 신경인지재활치료는 4회기부터 10회기까지 총 7회기를 뉴로피드백 훈련 전 15분 정도 진행하였다. 뇌파상태는 A기간(1~3회기:뉴로피드백)과 B기간(4~10회기:신경인지재활치료+뉴로피드백)의 뇌파별 진폭값과 평균값으로 비교하였다. 결과: 대상자 모두 기초선 기간(A) 보다 중재기간(B)에서 경향선의 기울기가 완만해졌고, 평균값을 비교하엿을 때도 감소된 결과를 보였다. 결론: 본연구를 통해 신경인지재활치료와 뉴로피드백 훈련을 접목하였을 경우 뇌 기능이 안정화되는 결과로 보아, 치료 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다는 가능성이 제기되며, 향후 인지와 관련된 문제 및 뇌 기능 개선을 위한 연구 및 치료에 기여 할수 있으리라 생각돤다.

영문 초록

This research executed positive influence of neurocognitive rehabilitation on effectiveness of neuro-feedback training on general people. Methods: From the 1st cycle to 3rd cycle was during the basic line period (A), and 4th cycle to 10th cycle was during the intervention period (B). Neuro-feedback was applied 10 times, two times a week for 30 minutes in each cycle. Neuro-cognitive rehabilitation was executed for 15 minutes before neuro- feedback training for a total of 7 times from 4th cycle to 10th cycle. The brain wave status was compared with average value and amplitude per brain wave during Period A(Cycle 1-3: Neuro-feedback) and Period P (Cycle 4-10: Neurocognitive rehabilitation + Neuro-feedback). Results: Targets all showed eased curve of the tendency line during intervention (B) rather than basic line period (A). Furthermore, decreased result was shown when comparing the average value. Conclusion : Through this research, by seeing that the brain function is stabilized when combining neuro-feedback training and neurocognitive rehabilitation, it shows the possibility of increasing treatment effect. There is hope that this study can contribute to research to deelop brain function and issues related to recognition. (J Korean Society of Neurocognitive Rehabilitation 2015;7:55-59)
