영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop the determination method of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) in commercial products using the gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer. The major molecular ions of DHEA were M/Z⁺ of 288,255 and 203. Extraction of DHEA with aceton was most effective. The DHEA contents of two commercial products were 98.6% and 101.4%, respectively. This simplified method was good resolution, reproducibility and selectivity.
