영문 초록

The immune responses of pjgs, rabbits and guinea pigs to vaccination with Bordetella bronchiseptica were measured by agglutination methods. The agglutinating antibodies of pigs, rabbits and guinea pigs appeared on the 4th day after vaccination. Pigs and rabbits showed the highest agglutinating antibody level in the 2nd week but guinea pigs showed that in the 4th week after revaccination. Chi-square analysis indicated that the difference of the responses between tube agglutination test and microplate agglutination test was not significant.
