귀농 유형에 따른 기업가정신에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 귀농 유형에 따라 기업가정신에 관련된 여러 가지 지표가 어떻게 발현되고 , 어떠한 특징을 나타내는지를 알아보고 귀농의 유형에 따라 기업가정신이 귀농인의 정착 생활과 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 분석하여 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 귀농의 유형에 따라 기업가정신과 귀농인의 정착생활의 상관관계 정 (+)의 효과를 준다는 것을 가정하여 선행연구에서 실시한 기업가정신 설문 항목을 활용하였고, 귀농인의 기업 가정신이 귀농 유형에 따라 어떻게 발현되는지 조사 분석하였다. 설문조사는 경상북도농업기술원 농업교육팀에서 실시한 ‘ 귀농창업모델개발과정 ’ 교육 수료생과 ‘ 신규농업인 귀농 · 귀촌 교육 ’ 참여자를 대상으로 실시하였고 , 연구결과를 통계화한 결과를 통해 객관적인 결론을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 진행하는 데에 있어 전국의 귀농인을 상대로 분석하기에는 시간적 · 공간적 제약이 있었던 점과 귀농의 유형에 대한 정의를 기존 연구들 중에서 이해하기 쉽도록 연구자가 현장에서 파악한 특이 유형 (O형)을 추가하여 실시하였으나, 표본 추출이 쉽지 않아 분석 대상에서 제외시킨 점은 본 연구의 한계라 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 제조 분야 산업군에서만 연구되어진 기업가정신에 대한 연구가 농업 분야와 같이 다른 분야로 확장될 수 있다는 점과 기업가정신이 기존 연구와는 다른 분야에서 어떻게 작용하는지에 대한 재평가의 계기가 마련되었다고 생각한다. 이 기회를 통해 본 연구의 결과를 활용한 추가적인 연구가 이루어지는 일조하고 대한민국의 귀농ㆍ귀촌이 장려되는 이 시점에서 여러 가지 정책 개발의 자료로 활용되었으면 하는 바람이다 .

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how various indices related to entrepreneurship are expressed and characterized by the type of return farming and examine the relationship between entrepreneurship and the settlement life. For this study, questionnaire of entrepreneurship conducted by preceding study was applied by assuming positive (+) correlation with entrepreneurship and settlement life of return farmers according to the type of return farming and how the entrepreneurship spirit of the farmer is expressed according to the type of return farmer. The questionnaires were conducted for the students of ‘Return Farming Business Model Development’ in Gyeongsanbuk-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services and education participants in the ‘Return Farming Education for the New Farmer’ and objective conclusions from the results of statistical analysis was made up. In carrying out this study, there were limitations for time and space for analyzing the famers nationwide and sampling was not easy and was excluded from the analysis even though ‘Type O’ which was identified in the field was added for easy-understanding. However, this study represents that the entrepreneurship spirit that has been studied only in the traditional manufacturing industries can be extended to other fields such as agricultural field and there is an opportunity to reevaluate how entrepreneurship works in areas other than those of previous studies. This study can help to make additional research using the results of the study and is expected that it will be used as a resource for various policy developments when the Korean return farming is encouraged.
