영문 초록

This study was intented to investigate the content of the heavy metals such as lead(Pb), cadmium(Cb), copper(Cu), manganese(Mn) and zinc(Zn) in the random samples of beef, pork and chiken. The content of the heavy metals was determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry from May to July in 1983.
