국문 초록

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 대한 초등학생들의 심리 특성을 분석하기 위하여 관련 주제 영상을 시청하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 심리적 특성을 분석하기 위한 조사도구로는 의미분별법을 사용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구에 참여한 초등학생의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 심리적 특성 평균을 분석한 결과 ‘새로운-오래된’, ‘빠른-느린’, ‘특이한-흔한’, ‘혁신적인-퇴행하는’과 같은 형용사 군에서 민감하게 반응하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 표준편차를 고려하여 분석한 결과, 반응이 넓게 분포되어있는 것을 볼 때 학생들의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식이 명확하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 여학생과 남학생의 인식에 대한 차이 분석 결과 62개 항목 중 38개의 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 대부분의 형용사 군에서 남학생들이 여학생들에 비하여 조금 더 민감한 반응을 나타내고 있었다. 넷째, ‘남성적인-여성적인’에 해당하는 반응에 있어서 여학생들은 척도의 평균에 가까운 응답을 보이고 있었으나 남학생들은 남성적인 것에 더 가깝게 반응하고 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 아직까지 초등학생들에게 있어서 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식은 명확하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 이를 바탕으로 실과교육의 변화 방향에 대하여 제시해 보면 첫째, 4차 산업혁명에 대비하기 위하여 교육과정을 새롭게 구성하기 위해서는 지금 이에 관련 된 논의가 이루어질 필요성이 있으며, 둘째, 남녀 학생들의 특성을 감안하여 차별적인 요소를 줄일 수 있는 내용과 방법을 선정할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze the psychological characteristics of elementary school students on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In order to analyze the psychological characteristics, the semantic differential method survey was used after the topic video viewing. The results of the study were as follows. First, the analysis of the psychological characteristics average of the elementary school students who participated in the research in the fourth industrial revolution showed that they were sensitive in adjective group such as new - old , fast - slow , progressive – regressive . Second, considering the standard deviation, it is considered that students perception of the fourth industrial revolution is not clear. Third, as a result of the difference analysis on the perception of female students and male students, 38 items out of 62 items were statistically significant. In most adjective groups, male students were more sensitive than female students. Fourth, in response to masculine - feminine , female students showed a response closer to the average of the scale, but male students responded more closely to masculine ones. In conclusion, the perception of the 4th industrial revolution is not clear for elementary school students. Based on this results, the direction for innovations in practical arts education are as follows. First, in order to develop the curriculum to prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to start it now. Second, it is necessary to select contents and methods that can reduce discriminatory factors considering the characteristics of male and female students.
