국문 초록

국가 위기는 세계 경제 및 금융 순환에 참가하는 이들에게 있어 점진적 으로 중요해지는 문제이자 현재의 이슈이다. 이 개념은 원래 국제 채무관계와 관련하여 부각되었지만, 현재는 외국인 투자 분야에서 더 이상 무시할수 없게 되었다. 투자자의 관점에서 볼 때, 국가 위기는 관심을 끄는 문제이 지만 동시에 매우 인상적인 문제이기도 하다. 그 평가는 국제화 결정을 내리는 근본적인 기준이 된다. 전문 기관에 의한 등급은 자본 시장 거래에 참여하는 이들의 의사 결정에 중요한 역할을 한다. 해외 직접 투자 유동성의 괄목한 성장으로 인해, 국가위기는 경제기관들이 그들의 비즈니스를 확장하거나 국제화하는데 의문을 가질 때 우선적으로 고려하는 요소가 된다. 국가 위기는, 특히 루마니아의 경우, 해외 직접투자를 유치하기 위한 중요한 요인이 되므로 그에 대한 관심이 높아져야 한다. 본 논문에서 위기의 문제는 두 가지 관점에서 다루어진다. 첫째, 다양한 개념적 접근법과 평가 과정을 이해하며, 두 번째는 제도적 영역에서의 적용 가능성을 연구하는 것이다.

영문 초록

Country risk is a current issue, an increasingly important matter for participants in the global economic and financial circuit. Although this concept originally emerged in connection with international lending, today it can no longer be ignored in the sphere of foreign investment. Country risk, seen from the perspective of investors, is an interesting and, at the same time, very impressive problem. Its assessment is a fundamental step in making internationalization decisions. The rating of specialized agencies plays an important role in decision-making by participants in capital market transactions. With the significant development of foreign direct investment flows, country risk is an element that economic agents take into account when questioning the internationalization or expansion of their businesses. Country risk is, in the case of Romania, an important factor in attracting foreign direct investment and hence increased attention should be paid to it. In this paper, the issue of risk is dealt within two perspectives. First, it proposes to understand the multiple conceptual approaches and the evaluation process, and second it studies its applicability in the institutional sphere.
