국문 초록

본 연구에서는 배관 재료의 물성을 고려한 공학적 내진설계방식과 소방시설의 내진설계의 기준에 따른 사양위주의 설계방식에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 배관 재료의 물성을 고려한 내진설계 방식의 경우는 배관에서 발생되는 비틀림 응력과 굽힘 응력의 합성 값을 통해 배관의 안전성을 분석하게 된다. 하지만 사양위주의 설계방식의 경우는배관 재료의 안전성이 아니라 배관이 움직이는 힘을 해석하여 흔들림 방지버팀대가 견딜 수 있는지 여부를 해석하고 있다. 소화배관은 하나의 연결된 구조체로 일정구간에서 발생되는 흔들리는 힘을 통해서는 배관의 안전성을 보장받을 수 없기 때문에 배관 재료의 응력과 변위의 안전성 분석을 통해서 가능하다. 그러므로 안전성 있는 소화 설비배관의 내진설계를 위해서는 배관 재료의 물성과 건축 구조물의 내진성능을 고려한 해석방법을 적용할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, we compare the engineering seismic design method considering the physical properties of piping materialsand the specification-oriented design method according to the seismic design standards of fire fighting equipment. In the caseof the seismic design method considering the physical properties of piping materials, the safety of the piping will be analyzedthrough the combined value of the torsional stress and the bending stress generated in the piping. However, in the case ofthe design-centered design method, instead of the safety of the piping material, it calculates the moving force of the pipe andinterprets whether or not the shaking prevention strut can bear. Fire extinguishing equipment piping is possible through safetyanalysis of stress and displacement of piping material because piping safety can not be secured via unstable force generatedin a certain section with one connected structure is there. Therefore, it is necessary to apply analytical method consideringseismic performance of building structure and material properties of piping for seismic design of safe fire extinguishing systempiping.
