국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대테러리즘의 정보활용도가 조직간 정보시스템과 정보공유시스템 채택에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 대테러리즘 관련 정부기관을 대상으로 91부의 설문지를 입수하여 완전매개모형(completed mediation modeling)을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 대테러리즘의 정보활용도과 정보공유시스템 채택 간의 관계에서 조직간 정보시스템이 매개효과로 작용하였다. 대테러리즘의 정보활용도가 조직간 정보시스템에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 조직간 정보시스템은 정보공유시스템 채택에 유의한정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대테러리즘의 정보활용도는 조직간 정보시스템에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 시스템통합 용이성이 높은 테러기관은 기관정보공유압력과 같은 조직간 정보시스템이 잘 구축되어 있는 반면에, 주관적 조직규범, 상호혜택지각의 조직간 정보시스템에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 대테러리즘의 조직간 정보시스템은 정보공유시스템 채택에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 주관적 조직규범을 중시하는 테러기관은 정보확신지각, 정보공유표준화와 같은 정보공유시스템 채택을 중요하게 인식하고 있는 반면에, 정보공유채택에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 조사대상자의 동질성, 연구모형의 설계, 변수의 측정, 조절변수의 활용 등에서 제한적인 논의를 하였다. 향후의 연구에서는 본 연구의 제한점을 개선해서 연구에 반영하여야 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper examine the effect of information utilization on the inter-organization counter-terrorism information system and the information sharing systems acceptance. Based on the analysis of ninety one cases such as counter-terrorism agencies of South Korea, this research model and hypothesis is tested using completed mediation modeling, the following results were found. First, the effect of information utilization on the information sharing systems acceptance as the mediation effect of inter-organization counter-terrorism information system. The information utilization of counter-terrorism have a positively significant influence on the interorganization anti-terrorism information system and the information sharing systems acceptance as well. Second, the information utilization of counter-terrorism have a positively significant influence on the inter-organization counter-terrorism information system. Counter- terrorism agencies applied to a higher ease of systems integration have a positively significant influence on the institutional information sharing pressure while counter-terrorism agencies applied to a lower ease of systems integration don t have significant influence on the subjective organization norm and perceived mutual benefit. Third, the inter-organization counter-terrorism information system have a positively significant influence on the information sharing systems acceptance. Counter-terrorism agencies applied to a higher subjective organization norm have a positively significant influence on the perceived information assurance and information sharing standard while counter-terrorism agencies applied to a lower subjective organization norm don t have a significant influence on the information sharing acceptance. Based on the findings and limitations such as counter-terrorism data samples homogeneity, research model design, variables measurement, using mediation variable of this study, related implications and future avenues are also discussed.
